If u love big screens and u re a heavy user u can go for the mi max ... Buh if u want a sleek looking flagship device with glass and can cope with a 3000mah battery not that the mi5 battery ain't good buh the mi max is better also depends on the variant u want also bro ..... So depends on u

My oga I beg to disagree. MI max is no better. apart from big screen (which many will find uncomfortable anyway) and bigger battery Mi max has nothing on Mi 5

mike234:
Someone should help me choose between redmi pro and mi max. Will be buying one this week.

Oga Mi max is OK, Redmi Pro is fine. but I must tell you Mi max is good but big. Redmi Pro is good and moderate. you can't use mi max with one hand at 6.44 inch.

fibonacci2526:
Done.

Thanki you

Thanks to jaidoski and Gptech for the the tips. Even I like some of the dark theme, I must confess that I'm not yet satisfied with them. All I want is a native dark theme option in MIUI

toluwanimi07:
Not tempered glass bro just Normal nylon screen guard

How far naa.
Have you switched on the phone?

Gptech:
Thats bad, mayb you are unlucky, all have seen are very rugged.

Maybe. Right now I'm looking for a good cord, can you recommend any?

Gptech:
Me sef hate white themes, but how do you mean by your cord being inferior?

The USB cord that came with the charger has spoilt already something that is barely up to two weeks.
Modified: thanks for the theme things.

Elxandre:

The touch sensitivity is out of this world, very responsive.
The display, wait until you handle the phone you must confess!

THE PHONE IS BIT HEAVY SHA, BUT VERY SLIM. SUPERB!
*
*THE DOWNSIDE is the cord that came with the charger - very inferior.
*The fact that I cant customise my screen display is what I don't like.

Gmajor:
guys, I just noticed that my finger print sensor does not recognize my other fingers.
is it the same with other people?

also the sensor can't be used to snap pics

Concerning the fingerprint, you have to register all the fingers that you want to use. It only recognise registered fingerprint.
What sensor are you talking about?

GrandMufti:
when you reboot or switch Sims or enable / disable airplane mode, it goes back to 3G

Enabling /disabling airplane mode didn't change the settings but rebooting did.
