I have told you how it works. You choose to believe whatever you want to. During my POP @ ijebuode, 2 of us had an issue with our the way our names were spelt. They issued another certificate to us.

I was going to say this. I know the law of the NYSC said no new certificate can be issued after the initial one. The best that anyone can do is to swear to an affidavit in court. Ditto for School Certificates

It is a pure lie. No law will state such. It is absurdity. If the error was committed by you, they will likely not attend to you. But if it was committed by the institution, they will attend to you.

The mask they are talking about in USA is not your regular mask, they can mass produce that. The one that is scarce is n95 mask produced by only one company called 3M. US is not looking for anyhow mask
