I have made the payment and I got the receipt of the payment in my mail but the page still remains the way it was when I haven't paid I.e no download link / option for the acknowledgment form.

I was having the same issue when I was doing it with my phone until I used a laptop. Maybe you should try that too.

Maybe you should try opening it on a PC. It was not opening with a phone when I tried doing it too but it opened at once with a computer

Ugu leaves or garden egg leaves works very well as a blood booster. She should just squeeze d juice from the leaves and drink. She can chew the leaves as well or cook with it without over cooking. Pls discuss with the doctor before she takes any drugs as he/she knows how low the pcv is and what drugs and dosage should be administered. Safe delivery to madam.
