CelebritiesRe: Were Donjazzy, Dr Sid, Tiwa, And 2face Trying To Send A Message? by GudDoc(m): 9:33am On Apr 29, 2016
Is Tiwa mocking her lawfully wedded husband huh Don jazzy once said Tiwa was hustling to land mohits so when mavins started he just took her in. And Tiwa with her own mouth said she was tripping for Dr. Sid

Meanwhile Teebills had always been there all along, even before she came back to Nigeria.

My take: Don't force urself on a woman that doesn't really send u. Tiwa married late even when she had hit stardom early and Teebills had always being comfy.

Jazzy, Sid & especially Tuface that's not funny, anyone with suicidal tendency is sick, mocking him can push him over the edge.

This world, this generation, what's going on!!!

I was recently told that brown sugar i.e sourced from sugar cane is safe and low tendency to course diabetics.
How true
lack of Insulin or ineffective insulin is the cause of diabetes. it's technically not sugar. Bread, Eba, Amala, Beer, Tea, Chocolate etc all contain sugar!!!

Sin 1 – Sugar is the cause of diabetes
---

Diabetes is a complex disease, resulting in abnormally high levels of sugar in the blood. The natural thinking is, if the disease is characterized by sugar, then sugar must be the cause.

Well not exactly. The appropriate sugar level is maintained by a hormone called insulin. When the blood sugar gets too high, it reduces it. But in this case, the diabetic case, insulin fails to perform. Sugar doesn’t stop insulin’s performance, as a matter of fact, insulin only exist because of sugar.

There are several conditions – like obesity, that has been linked to insulin’s poor showing. Including some hard to pronounce infections – like cocsacchie a (I told you), that destroys insulin’s production factory – the pancreas.

Verdict: Not Guilty tongue

Op what of brown sugar
Brown sugar has a slightly lower caloric value by mass than white sugar due to the presence of water. One hundred grams of brown sugar contains 373 calories, as opposed to 396 calories in white sugar.

At the end of the day, it mainly depends on the quantity consumed.

But kindly read the entire piece, not all the "sins" are scientifically attributed to sugar consumption alone. The twisted point here is that sugar isn't as bad as it's made to look.

If sugar were Nigerian, he’ll without doubt, be a politician – corrupting every single system he gets into.

But is sugar really such a spoiler, does it cause as many problems as we accuse it of? One thing is certain folks, guilty or not guilty; sugar is not changing its ways anytime soon.

Sugar comes is two major forms: The simple sugars like in coca cola, sweets, fruits, chocolates and many others; And the complex sugars (better known as starch) like in yam, garri, rice etc. When we eat any of these sugars, it is ultimately converted in our body to glucose – the only accepted sugar “currency” in the blood.

Let’s reveal the presumed seven sins of sugar and see if sugar is really truly guilty, or possibly not guilty of them, one after the other.

Sin 2 – Sugar causes diarrhea
---

Diarrhea, strictly by definition, is the condition of having three or more loose or liquid bowel movements per day.

There are certain sugar types some people cannot digest. The most common is the sugar in milk – lactose. Other problematic sugars include fructose and sorbitol (a sweetener) – found in chocolates, cookies and many other sweets. Indigestible sugar causes diarrhea.

Verdict: Guilty grin

Sin 3 – Sugar worsens menstrual pains
---

Serious menstrual pains (dysmenorrhea), is a little taste of child birth labour. Exactly the same thing happens (contractions), just on a more friendly level – no matter how painful you feel it is.

There are two types of dysmenorrhea – primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea is commoner. It starts from teenage years and reduces as the years pass by. In contrast secondary dysmenorrhea starts later in life and it’s usually associated with underlying conditions like uterine fibroids.

Dysmenorrhea is not caused by sugar but reducing dietary sugar intake 10 -14days before the beginning of menstruation could be helpful, especially in primary dysmenorrhea.

Verdict: Guilty and Not Guilty (whatever that means, you decide.) huh

Sin 4 – Sugar is the problem in hemorrhoids (pile)
---

Hemorrhoids aka pile, are painful, swollen veins in the lower portion of the rectum or anus, appearing as lumps/swellings or maybe totally invisible.

A number of factors may lead to the formations of hemorrhoids including constipation, lack of exercise, low-fiber diet (fruits and vegetables), prolonged straining, pregnancy, genetics and aging.

Verdict: Not Guilty shocked

Sin 5 – Sugar spoils the action
---

It’s time for some action, you are ready and so is wify, but the little man is saying otherwise, he just won’t get out of bed – feeling so weak today. Then you remember how many bottles of coca cola you took few hours ago, and so naturally, you blame it on sugar.

But most common causes of erectile dysfunction (apart from emotional issues), are disorders that damage nerves and arteries to the penis such as, diabetes, kidney disease, vascular disease, alcoholism and some drugs like anti-depressants. So if you are consistently having weak erections, you need a comprehensive checkup, go see you doctor.

Verdict: Not Guilty lipsrsealed grin

Sin 6 – Sugar makes you overweight
---

YES it does, and we can make that bold, underlined and in capitals.

Excess sugar getting into the body is stored in the liver and also stored as fat. Hence, the more sugar you eat the bigger you become, except you work out rigorously.

Verdict: Guilty cry

Sin 7 – Sugar can start a backache
---

Backaches can be caused by a long list of problems and somewhere on that list, sugar will appear.

Research has shown that the process of clearing excess sugar from our system can put a stress on the muscles of the back, hence causing back pains. Other medical specialists believe sugar can make the back bones inflame (swell).

Verdict: Guilty shocked

The facts here might change, but as at today, this is what science knows.

PoliticsRe: Are The Yoruba The Number One In Religious Tolerance? by GudDoc(m): 11:26am On Aug 25, 2012
The truth is that, Yorubas are connected by an ideology not necessarily genes. The ideology is about respect for other humans, elders, do good, condemn evil etc. This forms a culture that most religion already preach, hence not disturbing our fine united front.

For non Yorubas living in Lagos and other south western states, they'll testify to the fact that they are never discriminated against. I have a friend who is from Benue, when she visited Lagos, she had an encounter with a bus conductor, she said she was amazed how other Yorubas rose up to her support (beating the conductor up) even though she couldn't speak the language.

The Yoruba mentality is about morality as opposed to religion or ethnicity. I served in Benue (love Benue to bits i must add). And it was surprising to me that a TIV man would rather support his brother whether he's right or wrong against a non-indigene, as long as he's also a tiv person then they are cool with him.

In sharp contrast (how yorubas are typically raised) if there is an ish, we want to know who is right or wrong, we would rather condemn our own by judging them on higher moral grounds. Lagos was a formal capital, but it's sustained relevance has to do with this same tolerance we are talking about.

In closing, I have an uncle that paid my way through university, he's a Muslim and he never for once gave me a pre-condition for the help (i.e convert to a Muslim). I also live with another Muslim uncle. My current boss is a spirit filled devoted christian, his best friend (of over 40yrs) is an Alhaji. They do business together, eat together, it's like they can almost not survive without seeing each other in a day.

All in all, as long as you are well behaved, the Yoruba people have no problems with you, be you Igbo, Hausa, Tiv, Christian or Muslim.

***Im surprised when Igbos say Yorubas hate them, i know the ones living in the south west will never say such a thing because we make them feel at home, except for the wayward ones. - ask don jazzy, ask p square, ask ruggedman (we luv them and they luv us too)

If dbanj wanted a club banger he would have dropped one. This is a cruzing tune, it grows on you, and if you have a car, you'll appreciate it alot more.

He performed oyato at davido's concert and the whole place blow up (considering they paid money to attend).

This sound is most definitely a hit.

Na wa for some people oh. We are talking about kanye west here people, hello! he is not your everyday regular artist, dude is a multiplatinum selling artist and producer. If you ever get a chance to talk to him, am sure all the girls in ur area will know about it.

He decided to take a risk and i think it's working. Abi after leaving primary school as a senior boy (pri 6), wen u get to secondary school, wont u start as a junior boy again (jss 1), not because u've bin demoted, but because u r now in a bigger league. Lets watch him attain that SS3 prefect status - and am sure he'll

And vodafone paid top dollars to get dbanj to collabo with sakodi for their music mobile download launch.

all of a sudden uncle joe is the commander-in-chief. C-i-c for renaming but when it comes to fighting boko haram it'll be time for pointing accusing fingers!
PoliticsRe: Is Gej's Regime The Worst In Nigeria's History? - Please Vote by GudDoc(m): 10:11pm On Jun 04, 2012
Its easy for people to point accusing fingers at the Yorubas cos we wont just stand to watch when things are going out of hand. i mean no disrespect but the Ibo man is happy as long as he's making enough money and the northerner, as long as he or his king's man has power. It's only the Yorubas (largely) that fight for good governance, for democracy and even at the heights of dictatorship, people like dele giwa, mko, am dem tinubu's nadeko were ready to challenge the military guns. The reason we luv good governance is for another day but briefly, we know what good governance is when we see one (i.e. awolowo's western region)

During the military era, the igbos didnt open their mouth to say anything and the northerner were comfortable with it. It was the Yoruba blood that was spilled, we fought and fought for this democracy.

Now on the matter at hand, when Turai was bossing uncle joe around, the southwest spoke up like he was one of us, not even his so called ss brothers said anything constructive, we pushed and made it impossible for the north to rule by proxy.

Then came the election, in a never-before-seen fashion we voted GEJ (PDP) for president and our ACN for other elections all across the southwest. How much more love dose GEJ wants.

So my point is this, if people that fought tirelessly for GEJ to become acting president, then president and voted for him at the general elections (even though we hate PDP) suddenly turns against him in just about 365days then he should check his policies, decision, leadership style, innovation and creativity because the truth is, it has nothing to do with us.

like i said and am repeating now, we know good governance when we see one, thanks to baba awolowo!
BusinessRe: How Profitable Is Investing N500,000 In Blogging? by GudDoc(m): 2:28pm On Nov 07, 2011
N500,000 looks like a whole lot of money but im sorry to say it's not much. I have been involved online for over a decade developing web apps and marketing online, so you should pay close attention to my thots.

----
1st off all if you plan to use it all on advertising, you will be lucky to have 10,000 members (lemme break it down)
An average click on Google adwords is btw N50 - N150 (depending on the keyword, it may be alot more) and Facebook will also charge you that same fee. So at a modest going fee of N50 per click all you can have is 10,000 fans (or likes) on Facebook.

But wait a minute, Facebook charges per clicks (visit) to your group, fan page or website, not per member signup , meaning people might get to your page and not join or like or register as a member on your site #sad face#

Even at a 100% conversion rate the "huge" N500,000 can only get you 10,000 members (that's hoping you have genevieve butt naked on your registration page begging every visitor to signup or like your page).

----
Ok, lets say you want to design a decent web application (blog), you will have to be on your knees for several days to have an experienced developer create the type of web app that will drive the kind of traffic you require. (i'm not talking about our Nigerian template kings disguising as web site designers). An average intelligent website is an average of $2,500.

----
Even dedicated servers (planing on streaming videos) could eat up $100 - $300 per month

----
My Point
----
The web is not exactly as cheap as people try to make it look.

----
My advice
----
You can loose all your investment on developers, Google and Facebook (you'll just be adding to their bottom line) if you don't have a solid plan.

PS: The web money is not for everybody, you need a lot of personal knowledge to venture into it. And it doesn't end there you'll be needing ingenuity too - lots of it.
