obc: Answers:
1.Should there be fire incident, you will be held liable off course but your case might not be as severe as one without approvals.
2. I have no price idea for 10tons except I enquire as the market price of the materials are not stable. Alright, thanks. |

obc: I sold the skid unit at some point. I was not comfortable running with incomplete documentation and approvals hence my decision. If you can't get a fuel station to partner with, I advise you save money and set up 20,000ltrs or more otherwise look for other businesses. Except if you are willing to face the consequences should any fire incident arise. That said, there are many outlets out there operating without approvals because some of the agencies have been compromised one way or the other. Each time they come for inspection, money will exchange hand and your business continues.
Note this is just my opinion, you can seek advise from others. Its not in my nature to deceive or paint the truth. Thanks for your response. My last set of questions: 1. Does it mean that with approval, I won't be held liable if there is a case of fire incidence? Please elaborate. 2. Do you have an idea how much the 20,000 liters skid cost? |

obc: Approval will not be required for 10,000ltrs located in a fuel station, rather a add-on will be issued by DPR. DPR hardly or do not issue approval for a stand alone 10,000ltrs LPG skid. Okay. What would you advise someone who wants to set up a 10,000 liters skid but not within a filling station? This is assuming the person is not able to find a filling station to partner with. Whole ị was reading your thread, you mentioned you had issues with approval, etc. But I didn't see where you resolved or how you resolved the issue. Would you mind elaborating? Please. |

obc: A lot are involved. Ranging from getting land, the approvals (which is hardly or not granted to stand alone skids). You can only secure approval if you are building LPG plant of more than 10,000ltrs ie 5tons as a stand alone. However, a 10,000ltrs ie 5tons can be located in a fuel station. LPG business is lucrative but requires a lot of commitment and mastery.
Straight to your question, you can comfortably set up a 2.5ton ie 5000ltrs LPG skid at a cost little above 3.5 million naira. But you must know how to navigate. If you go through agents or "over sabi" expatriates, you will spend higher than the above. I appreciate your response. You mentionee that one can only secure approval if the skid is more than 10,000 liters. Does this mean 10,000 liters can also secure approval? Or it must strictly be above 10,000? I will appreciate your response. Thanks. |

obc: Oga you dont know what your are saying. You are not even sure what you are talking. Do you mean AGO or LPG? Please be specific because I know 1 million cannot fetch one a 1ton LPG skid, except if you are talking about retailers that buys into 50kg cylinders and sell to the end users. Going through your posts, I sae that you currently have a skid plant. Please, how much did it cost you to set up? I have interest in running a similar biz. Please advise. Thanks. |

This was the same thing I was telling him. The Las time I checked, one needed about 5 to 10 million to open a mini gas plant. This is not including cost of purchasing land. The guy obviously doesn't know what he's saying. |

He started with 201 machine and in 8 months bought the DI machine and so goes his progress. To be really stable and thinking of good profits minus all and all took him a year and half Good. Is your friend a graphic designer or does he have people who work for him? Lastly, where is his location? Thanks for expertise. |

Odmic2839: yes broda. You rent a space, buy d gas cylinder, pay for installation then you buy your market in it and also gas dispenser and scale. That all. Note bruh. Make sure it a selling area you planted this bro I'm not sure you are doing this business yourself. Except you are talking about all those streetside gas fillers that use 12kg cylinders to fill gas. 1 million can't even buy a 5 tonne gas cylinder. |

Odmic2839: go into gas plant. Just rent a space in a selling environment, do your fesibility study that they are really suffering from it in that area then mount a gas plant around and make your cool money at least within two, months you have cool profit of over 200k. It depends on your fast sales Gas plant with 1 million? Hmm |

On another thread, I saw where the dog guy said he couldn't afford €1000 to import his German girlfriend to Nigeria. Yet, he's on this thread claiming one could make 5 million with an investment of 1 million. If it's easy, why is he not making it? |

1. Crying your arse out and disturbing God with prayers. 2. Contemplating suicide. 3. Probably phoning your best hommie for advise. 4. Or locating the nearest church for night vigil.

Use Condom o.
ABSTINENCE IS THE KEY... I agree with you. That guy is not HIV positive. He is just looking for a way to discourage people from unprotected sex. He has a good strategy. |

Oga, you are still speaking big grammar. How could you say that Nigeria is now out of recession when the common man on the street can't attest to it? The common man on the street doesn't understand all these your big big grammar. What he understands and wants to hear is that he could now afford a plate of rice. |
