And I thought they denied him being a lecturer ![]() |
The court has not fixed a date for hearing of the the suit by the suspect, who is also seeking an order of perpetual injunction, restraining the respondents from further arresting, detaining, harassing, investigating or inviting him in relation to the facts of his case.N300MILLION is $1Million, that's always his ransom ![]() |

Definitely not Nigeria but no doubt impressive from a woman |
The story doesn't add up. Police claim he has been on their wanted list since 2013 and here is Mazi Evans saying he started the business in 2015. Who do we blame; the mediocre journalist who cannot ask the appropriate fact-establishing questions or the Nigerian Police that always play to the gallery with the minutest of success ![]() |
TPound:Guy, it was right under the seat and hidden just toward the front, I am sure I'd severally touched it but it looked like it was a part of the seat............................I don't want to get into an insult contest with you, so I'll dignify your comment about being dirty with silence. |
Just this afternoon I decided to do a clean-out of my sienna( shipped in December 2012). I had always relied on carwash and my maiguard to do the washing but once on a while do the cleanup myself. So here I was earlier today cleaning the van and being pleasantly surprised to find this (see pix) right under the driver seat. In time past, I've found coins inside my previous vehicle (SUV). I couldn't help but marvel at the find, this could have been a parcel of cocaine or a stash of cash and eventually used the sponge for the wash. Anyone had same experience or similar before ![]()

Nigerian businessman, Ezeoma Chigozie Obioha was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole during an emotional court hearing on Monday. The 32-year-old was sentenced for the 2015 murder of a woman who was blasted in the face with a shotgun as she walked into a restaurant in Hollywood with her boyfriend. While the sentencing was on, Obioha sat showing no emotion as Carrie Jean Melvin’s relatives told the court that her killing had upended their lives, ktla.com reported. “I have tried to answer my family’s questions, but how do you explain a completely senseless act? We cry every day,” said her father, Bernard Melvin. “I had to hear and see things in the trial that no parent should have to hear.” The victim’s older brother, Ryan, said Obioha’s insistence that he is innocent compounded the family’s grief. He said he experiences recurring nightmares about his sister’s murder. In December 2016, after the conviction, Obioha’s attorney, Jamon Hicks, told reporters that he was “disappointed obviously” with the verdict and said that he believed the defense had done a “good job of showing that there was reasonable doubt in the case.”, Loss Angeles Daily News had reported. “This is a (case of) he wasn’t the one and that someone else did this, someone murdered her in a terrible fashion, but they got the wrong guy … I’ll always think that they have the wrong person. Our theme was that this was a rush to judgment,” the defense lawyer said. Obioha’s sister, Nkechi Howell, said she was “devastated but not surprised” by the verdict. “I have to be hopeful that the truth will come out and justice will be served. I know my brother didn’t do this. Our whole family knows that he’s innocent. Someone killed Carrie Melvin, but it wasn’t my brother and we have known that the entirety of this trial.” http://punchng.com/us-courts-sentences-nigerian-to-life-imprisonment-for-murder/

The Bulgarian's decision not to raise his flag led to one of the most controversial goals in football history, but he later regretted the moment Bogdan Dochev, the linesman who failed to spot Diego Maradona's iconic 'Hand of God' goal against England, has passed away at the age of 80, the Bulgarian Football Union confirmed. Dochev was capped by Bulgaria on two occasions before taking up refereeing, where he earned a reputation as one of his country's finest whistle-blowers and took charge of the 1983 UEFA Cup final first leg between Benfica and Anderlecht. But his failure to raise the flag against the Albiceleste icon haunted him throughout his retirement. Dochev was running the touchline in the 1986 World Cup quarter-final when the Argentina captain lifted the ball over Peter Shilton with his hand. Ignoring furious protests from the England team, the linesman declined to rule out the strike, with Maradona later netting his virtuoso 'Goal of the Century' on the way to a 2-1 victory. In later years, both Dorchev and Tunisian referee Ali Bin Nasser became synonymous with the goal, although each man shifted the blame for the officiating blunder onto the other. Match footage from 1986 shows Nasser looking at his colleague as Maradona celebrated his strike, while Dorchev's flag stayed down throughout the passage of play. And while the referee revelled in his infamy, meeting with Maradona during a trip to Tunisia in 2015, the Bulgarian eventually slammed the Argentine for his actions, claiming the controversial strike had left him devastated. "Diego Maradona has ruined my life," said the late linesman, who unlike Nasser declined the opportunity to meet with El Pibe de Oro in person. "He is a brilliant footballer but a small man. [The goal] scarred me for life, I was accused when I was not guilty." www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40124552 Credit: All Football |
