How many Ijaw people occupied key positions under Goodluck Jonathan's government? You guys claimed Goodluck gave all appointments to Igbos, please how many Igbos occupied key appointments under Goodluck Jonathan's regime, you can use Google to verify it.


The only Igbo person from Southeast that occupied a major position during Goodluck's first few years in office was Gen. Ihejirika who he appointed as his Chief of Army Staff.


Another Igbo from Southsouth (Delta) was Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as his Finance Minister.


Now tell me among the top 10 key appointments under Goodluck regime, which other one did an Igbo person occupy aside the two I mentioned above?

Go back to Goodluck Jonathan's regime and google who held the following positions under his government:

Please use Google and check the people that occupied the aforementioned positions under Goodluck Jonathan regime and please check their tribe and states of origin and their geopolitical zones also and compare same with Buhari and Tinubu's regime.


Obasanjo, Yaradua and Goodluck did balanced appointment of officials.


It was Buhari that started the nepotism which Tinubu followed and went even far beyond what Buhari did.


No Igbo man has become Nigeria's President since the end of civil war in 1970, so I don't know why you are calling Igbo in this. Try and be honest, sincere and clear in your contribution please

I hope the whole world is seeing how Yorubas have been mistreating, abusing and doing everything evil against Igbos and their youths are laughing and smiling because to them they are winning.



When Sunday Igboho was being chased by Buhari, Igbos stood solidly behind Igboho and even gave him support in Benin and even from Germany.


Igbos rejoiced when Igboho returned and were happy he regained his freedom.


When Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB were doing their agitation by mere peaceful processions with waving of Biafran flags in Southeast not in Yoruba land, Yorubas home and abroad rejoiced when Buhari sent army to kill those IPOB protesters in ABA, etc.


Buhari renditioned Kanu from Kenya after attempting to kill him in Umuahia with army which made Kanu jump bail and escape by the whiskers, Yorubas celebrated it as if it was the end of Yoruba collective problem.


Now a Yoruba man is President, he has refused to release Kanu an Igbo man but have been busy releasing other detained people by the FG, and his Yoruba brothers and supporters are happy hailing him.


Tinubu appointed just 5 ministers from the Southeast as against the constitutionally required number but appointed over 10 ministers from his tribe alone plus those he appointed into all key appointments his Yoruba brothers are all happy but they expect Igbos to be very happy and cheerful with them.

Your points about regional system of government are well taken and understood in areas of healthy competition and others but get your facts right.

The only issue I have with the proposal is the request to join Itsekiri in Delta to South West region.

I think it is not feasible or necessary especially die to geographical location.

I think the proposal that Yoruba speaking people of Edo,Kogi and Kwara to join the South Western region is in order however subject to the decision of the people of those Yorubas speaking areas to decide.
