Good day house, hope everyone is doing fine? Pls, I just got my second visa refusal to Netherlands from france embassy this year one in February and the second March despite that I've traveled to the Netherlands before 2009 and I didn't over stayed. I was told in the letter that I will nit leave the member states after expiration. Pls, who can guide me on how to appeal. The letter states that I can appeal to nante, is it this same with Netherlands as with france. Pls help a brother. Thanks.

Thanks for ypur response, i didn't overstay my initial visit. I will try to reapply
with more detail documents.

1. Did you overstay your first visit?
2. You can reapply but with a very strong home tie, you should also back up your application with an assurance letter to convince the VO that you’ll return. If the VO finds it convincing enough, then you’re good to go.

I was refuse Holland visa at the france embassy. Though, I have traveled to Holland before in 2009 but now they gave reason that I will, over stay my visit (brother) as the only reason for refusal. Pls, do you advice I reapply or appeal.
