Financial Base is a big problem in the NPFL,I think there should be like a form of recapitalization as it is done in the banking sector should be introduced to the Nigerian league.
You must have a capital Base of like 10 billion naira for you to be in the NPFL
This will attract investors to the league and sponsorship too.
Also the league should be put on TV and televised to broader audience across the world.
So much marketing can be done to improve the league but the people in charge are not thinking in that direction.

I don't trust npfl flawless home wins, I've heard of deliberate advantages giving to home teams and it's too extreme compared to global standard. I'll trust an away draw over home win tbh except things change .

Ikorodu City actually has a strong team and are very professional in the running of the club.
