You just nailed it. This is the major issue of marriages today to the 'modern women', who believes they are equal or even bigger than their husbands. A woman who does not submit to their husbands cannot expect a loving and caring husband.

2016 has gone with all is good, bad and even ugly events. Looking back at the year 2016 and with benefit of hindsight what singular thing could you have done differently and lessons learned for 2017?

A girl tried to play me that way sometime ago but i kuku show am say i grow up for Aba

I invited this lady over to my house, a met her about a week before then and we will getting along on phone and chat, so i invited her over to my house, she agreed to come but started forming not understanding my house address (even though my house was on well known road, very close to a popular school in the area), she even declined to take a direct cab to my house which could have been very easy considering that cab guys all know the area.
She insisted we meet a popular fast food joint (Mr Biggs ), so we eventually me at the fast food joint, in order to at least show i care , i asked if she needed any food or drinks, which she off course said yes. To my greatest surprise she ordered for two packs of fried rice +chicken, two packs of salad, 2 pieces of meat pie, 2 sets of ice cream, 2 packs of five alive......at that point i interjected and politely asked if she is ordering for me too but she said no, that it was for her sister at home who asked her to get something for her since she was going out.....

The bills was almost 6k, i grudgingly paid and consoled myself that at least i will get my reward in kind since we are going to my house....Just as i was driving off from the fast food joint, she feigned a phone call and was talking as if she was talking to her mum, when she dropped the call, to my shock she insisted to go back to her house immediately because her mum and dad came back and want to see her immediately and as such she has to rush home, when i protested, she pleaded with me that she will come see me the following day, at that point i know it something she had already planned to fool me, so my Aba brought up sense in me kicked off, i formed as if am ok with her plan and even promised to drop her off so she can get home quickly... so i drove towards her house and stopped a local kiosk , politely asked her to help me buy mtn 200 Naira recharge, i told her i needed to be inside the car because of the traffic guys in PH who can easliy impound your car for wrong packing, so came out of the car and walked down to the kiosk to buy the card......then i engaged my gear and fired down my leg on the car accelerator....you know what that means ...off course my 6k fast food was inside my car....
Na soooo i kuku get food for three days in my house......

A Nigerian student, Fola Orebiyi, was reportedly stabbed to death on Sunday in Notting Hill, London, by a gang of youths.

According to the UK-based Evening Standard, Orebiyi was stabbed in a street clash close to Westbourne Grove just yards from the Portobello Arts Club.

The 17-year-old was reportedly involved in a fight on a nearby estate with a gang of youths, who chased him into the busy road where he was attacked.
Police and paramedics tried to resuscitate him for a long time but to no avail. He collapsed and bled to death.

The deceased’s neighbor, Osman Sahal, told the police: “He was a nice boy and very considerate; none of us can understand how this could have happened.
“As far as I knew, he was never in trouble. I suppose we must now wait for the police to investigate.”

Orebiyi, who completed his General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) at Holland Park in London, was studying for his A levels at the Chelsea Academy before his death.
After the incident, a yet-to-be identified 15-year-old boy was arrested by the London police in connection with the death.
An anonymous teenager was quoted to have told the police: “I know what happened, he was protecting a friend over a silly beef which turned violent.”
A teenager, who also pleaded anonymity, said Orebiyi was stabbed in the neck in front of shocked passersby and tourists.

An eyewitness, Mark Gettleson said: “People saw him fall down and try to get to his feet again. Police and paramedics tried to resuscitate him for a long time, they did everything they could.

“It’s absolutely tragic another young man has died on our streets,” Gettleson added.
Another witness, a mother of one, said she stood by and watched as the police tried to save the bleeding boy. She added that the ambulance wasted time in arriving the scene.

She said: “It was traumatising. It took half an hour for the ambulance to arrive even though there are hospitals all around. I spoke to the person who called the police and he said it took them so long to get here.

“The police were all on him trying to resuscitate. All I could see were his feet and lots of blood. I’m a mum, for me this is so sad, that’s someone’s child. That’s someone’s baby.”

check ur radiator fins for debris which cld block air from passing through n properly cooling your evaporator.

If your AC gas doesn't get cooled on the outside, it won't cool you on the inside.

I have removed the radiators and steam washed them but it didn't solve the problem.. Thanks

Will you sell for 1.2M?

Dear Fellow nairalanders, I have 2007 Jetta (GTI) version which I bought brand new, just recently my car AC starting behaving funny. It blows cold, then after sometime it starts blowing warm or hot air. I have had to top up the refrigerant but still the problem persists.
Can anyone share what could be the possible cause of this problem?
