My dell laptop can't display restore factory settings in all way that I have tried. I tried F8, ctrl F11, F2, F12, I click help and support on start menu, I can't load.
Am using window xp. Please, any idea of what happened?

I have many Web browser and all of the same, I have Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, safari and Opera mini they all do the same.
My date and time is correct but am using window xp coz I got 510 ram.
About Antivirus, I only have AVG, and also window firewall.
Any other code or setting that you think can work?

Facebook website is displaying unsecured network connection. But other are loading. What cause it?
