That is an operating system issue . It may also be as a result of malware/junk files interfering with the normal process of the OS. Install a good antivirus/cleaning tool such as CC cleaner and use it to scan and rectify any detected issues . Better still , you can just reload a new operating system on your HDD. But ensure you back up your important files.

I would advice that you take your computer to a technican.
The technicain should backup your data. If you're willing to
do it by yourself, please be careful ! you will need a usb

Please follow horllamy's advice, and also check that

you are not using XP or Vista web browser that is oudated.

Similarly, check on the far right that your computer clock and date are

up to date. Do you have norton or any other anti virus installed ?

If you're in dobuts about the cafe, speak to the cafe owner to clarify their
