You have to be active, for a few months, the recruitment portal have been opened, like people were applying everyday and were called for assessment. Try to join groups that posts updates on Job recruitments on maybe Whatsapp, that can help too.

However, those that were referred by employees, they have little powers to refer you. As they too were maybe just asked to send CVs and all. Also, it is usually assumed that for you to be here, you would have already applied for job..... I cant speak for everyone though, but yh i guess thats it.

The portal was up for a while very recently by the way for one to apply, however some used employee referral, when they were doing that.

This Group have saved lives. Helped alot get first hand information and ultimately the job,
I got several of emails though,
So I completed my training in Abuja, just like Soleye24 , and I got in, any info, you can ask here also.

Dont think of the thing as virtual, because you will still be physically present. But people addressing you will be from different locations virtually.

Well its not one size fits all for Gtb though, but my own for example, after my documentation in December, My first Interview was in 2nd week of February.
The interview was behavioural based, a time you did this and did that

I am guessing the documentation you mean is the first one after writing the assessment.
The documentation we are refering to is after completing your interviews
