For the resumption, it will be in November and for the ft it is 3 semesters and pt is 4 semesters.

Each semester with exam is 4 months.

For full time is Monday to Thursday or Friday and friday to Sunday for pt.

Normal time of lectures are BTW 8-10, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6pm depending on it on the time table.

There will be entrance exam which that will be done by the each Depts which will notify u.

I hold a B.Sc and M.Sc in economics, I worked with a bank for two years as a sales man but don't like the career path because it was very hard working on the street looking for those who are qualified and interested in taking loan.

Thanks to God that I presently work in an insurance company as a finance transaction officer which I must confess I like the career path. I'm not good in accounting as I usually ran away from the course which was an elective in the university in my 200l, but I had no option in 100l than to take it and I still remember I had E in financial accounting and B4 in Cost accounting but I ran away from it in 200l going for business administration elective courses in 200l.

My question is I'll like to build on this finance career path, pls how and what do u think I can use to build on my self to excel.

Suggest what I can do, programmes I can go for, or how I can improve on my self

This is Nigeria where some supervisors will tell u that you must be in skul for ur project BTW Monday and Thursday that u are a ft std.

I'm tru with my course work, only my thesis left which I had to beg my supervisor that I'll be coming wkends for my project because am a ft std.

If u live in Lagos and hunting for a job in lagos, pls remove it. When u get ur certificate, u put it on ur CV but some job requires msc which u can put in view.

When also applying for job, look at the job roles u are applying for and let ur CV go in line with it, you will see invite

First of all, are u running a full time masters programme?

If you are in Lagos and putting in view that u are running a master else where (another state), den u might not receive invite as expected even if u run a pt.

It happens to me, until when I got a job I told them I'm running a ft masters but through with my programme and only remaining my thesis.

Am till writing my project though and I've work more than a month even when it is a steppingstone.

Also practice GMAT and likely job interview questions so you know how to tackle questions

A frd of mine has a bsc with 2nd class upper and msc which will be acquired next month.

She has 2 years working experience where she left for her msc (full time).

She just got an appointment as a financial analyst with 60k.

She believe she can get a better offer immediately after her msc next month.

The question is that she asked me if she shld take the offer or not because she has to give one month notice before she leave for another work.

What do u think?
