Use Wi-fi or download manually. The latest update if it is RN10 Pro is 13.0.8.0

It's WiFi am using.

Also I haven't received the 13.0.8.0 update yet (na 13.0.7.0 dey show here). Can I download the 13.0.8.0 manually? Is it safe??
