Hi guys, got my redmi 10c about a week now. Discovered it came with 10w charger. That's not d issue now. I saw that the phone takes close to 3hrs to charge when it's off,. But when it's on it charges 2-3 percent in 1hr. Like 1

Your phone is fine, just update it and you'll be fine. I faced the same issue but after the software update everything became normal.

If its not of dead boot issues 9T is far better than 10c. Xiaomi didn't try with these 10c,however check usage or visit an engineer

Please when you get a phone go in and out of the phone. That way you learn about your phone better and be able to diagnose when issues arise.
