Please I wrote jamb in 2015 and graduated last year

I went to jamb office today to do regularisation as my admission didn't reflect on the jamb portal.

I was told that I should contact my school as it's my school that will send my name and details to Jamb.

I want to process exception for NYSC, reason for me going to jamb to sort it

Please is it through that it's my school that will send the name and details or I need to start at the jamb office first?

It started when I lost someone dear to me, I almost ran mad, they had to call a local nurse who administered an injection to me, the thing off me, when I woke up it started again, I was given another dose, it got me so high that I don't know anything again until I slept off again.

This is how I started requesting for it, I started taking it to get over the trauma, the lady noticed I was getting addicted she refused giving me saying it's dangerous, I had to call my pharmacist friend to get regular supplies, though he didn't stop warning me but I'm already addicted taking it every 4hours, trying to stop when I started seeing the damages but I couldn't.

The fatigue that will follow is unbearable, I will end up taking it to feel okay again. I attached a picture of my hands with the damage.

I need help, I want out so that I can live my normal life but I don't know how, has anyone been there before? How did you get over it? I don't want to die from this. Please help me

Good evening Nairalanders, I have been contemplating over a month now whether to bring this issue here or not but I felt since this forum is full of knowledgeable individuals in all areas of life, then I may get something useful that will help my condition and heal me.
The chronicles of my agony started early this year when I discovered that the rate at which I visit the toilet is abnormal. I used to go to toilet like 10 times in a day (not exaggerating). I went to the pharmacy where I complained and was given several drugs which I took. The purging stopped for like a week but resumed later and by this time, I observed that there is this tiny boil around my anal area and it is constantly discharging pus.
When I observed this, I went to the hospital immediately and several tests were carried out. The doctor said my stooling is caused by food poisoning and the pus is just a matter of time that I should receive injections and everything will be fine.
I took the injections( can't really remember the name again) for three days, but then I observed the stuff still persist (stooling and pus discharge) so I had to visit another hospital and the doctor there carried some tests out too and made me understand that the food poisoning is right and made mention of the bacteria responsible for it based on the test being conducted. After this I start another injections and treatment in the new hospital.
The stolling stopped but the pus continued so I went back to the hospital, the doctor recommend me to a state hospital and when I got there I was told to do a process known as (Fistologram) when the result came out, I was told what I have is Anal Abscess and prescribed injections to buy for me (Rocephine) with some antibiotics. I used 5 rocephines with the antibiotics yet the pus did not stop.
I have been battling this condition for three months now and it has really affect my social life as I am always thinking that the pus coming out could be noticable by people despite the fact that am using cotton wool to cover it.
Doctors in the house, pls help me I have spend close to 150k on drugs,injections and test and yet the problem still persist. If there is anyone who has passed through this before please how did you get cured? Please you guys should come to my aid and save me from this mental depression.

I am a final year medical student and I will advise you go to any federal teaching hospital within your locality. Request to see a consultant general surgeon. It's a common issue.

Good morning my people, I am writing you people at this delicate hour of 12:39am because my son's condition, it's getting worse by the day.

Dandruff wants to kill this beautiful boy, I know it's weird because we all know, myself included that dandruff doesn't kill, but watching myself lose a part of my son everyday.

He's been suffering from this condition for over 6yrs now, we've gone to the hospital and after buying and using all the prescribed drugs (Nizoral shampoo, selsun blue, head and shoulders, tea tree oil, miconazole cream, ketoconazole cream, terbinafine cream, fluconazole tablet, terbinafine tablet: almost killed my son, griseofulvin etc) nothing has changed, instead it's getting worse by day.

From complaining of headaches, to weakness (my son that was filled with energy and plays all the time now barely moves, he is always one place complaining of tiredness and pain), to joint pains, to confusion.

According to him, this dandruff has ate up his scalp so much that he can now taste his bathing soap on his tongue the moment he washes his head. We are now scared of washing and applying anything on his head because he will complain of tasting whatever we put on his head in his mouth and he will start having reactions. It's almost as if the skin on his scalp no longer protects him from outside soaps and other ingredients.

The moment he washes his head, his lips and tongue will swell up and he will start having reactions. My once active and lovely boy is now a shadow of himself. He's refusing to play, always complaining of tiredness and pains.

Pls help me my people, I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried every hospital and everything, I've done all I know, and now I'm watching my son deteriorate gradually before my very eyes without having a clue what to do, pls I beg you, help him, help me.

Take him to a Teaching Hospital please, a Teaching hospital, and make sure you see the consultant.
