Secondly, federal government won't pay you once being your first salary, they will pay a month first, then pay the rest as arrears in the following month.

The moment your name appears on the nominal roll form with your details and your IPPIS number, you'll begin to receive your pay without any hindrance....

You can be receiving double salaries from two federal government jobs and nothing will happen until probably somebody whistle blow on you....
