jaygal75:Hi, just saw this. I sent several emails. After 4 similar emails - 'look out for the eye-button ...', on of te Customer service agent wrote to confirm they have technical glitch and was being resolved. 2 hours letter i got a mail notification to check my profile. The downloadable eye-button surfaced, therein was the rejection letter on the basis of 'invalid statement' loollll. The same day, i noticed 3 other people with similar issue had their eye-button resurfaced and rejected. |
hunee:I just got same response now after several emails - invalid statement. After attaching work letter, payslips, stamped GTB statement, pension statement etc. What a prejudice! |
talkportal:I gave a friend in Canada, my portal access to make the payment with his card for me and it immediately showed 'paid'. |

abusigna:Just look for someone you trust to help you pay from outside Nigeria. I was using my Naija USD card to apply for Kenya visas without issue until late last year when they no longer accept card without 3D Security - most naija USD cards do not have. This is the reason USD cards from naija banks no longer work on some sites. |

Maryonuoha2:it was same 15th May i got the notification without letter/eVisa downloadable link too. I applied 3rd May. |

Maryonuoha2:when did you apply, and then did recieve the outcome mail? I have been sending emails and the customer care team keep asking me to checknm for the eye button which isnt available. |

Thecassanova:Thanks for your revert. There is no eye-button close to the adjudication outcome received. There is actually a link 'view supporting documents/payment/letter'. When i clicked, i only have the letter requesting for documents when i completed the application then. it has a downloadable eye button in front of it. No other letter. The eVisa letter or eye button is not on my dashboard. I do not know what to do next. |
jeslom:You will need a 3D secure card to make payment. Most Nigerian issued USD cards are not. As such, you would probably need someone with a foreign card to help with the payment. |
Hi, I applied for SA visiting eVisa via dha site on 3rd May.... got a 3D secure card to make payment...received an email alert to check my correspondence yesterday. I noticed eVisa outcome ticked as complete while the progress status shows Adjudication outcome received. However, I did not receive any letter or eVisa. In case you have directly used the dha site to apply for SA eVisa, do you know what could have happened or am i to wait for some days before the eVisa is sent? I don't know how to proceed from here. Kindly guide. Many thanks |
