Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Answering requests for information on capabilities and contacts within the firm.
• Organizing and preparing for client meetings e.g. reviews and pitches and ensuring follow up.
• Coordinating client entertainment activity, focused on identification of guests and briefings/follow ups
• Understand customer needs & communicate with internal and external stake-holders
• Delivering all of the above requires effective relationships and communication with Business Development, Finance, Technical and Engineering, etc to ensure that the clients in your portfolio receive the best service and value add the firm has to offer.
• Manage job costing for operation as per approved template.
• Coordinate handling of file between departments and ensure file is handled in a timely manner.
• Send daily status update on current files.
• Manage written correspondence between OPS department and Customer service.
• Keep Customers updated on cargo status before and after arrival of vessel.

Job Requirement:
• Proficient in English as well as relevant local languages (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operation department for a fast-paced service company.
• Good knowledge in customs documentation and requirements.
• Excellent communicator, persuasive and enjoy solving problems.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Technical Skills
• Basic proficiency in MS office

Job Post: Senior Internal Auditor

Required Experience: 1 – 3 year(s) of operational, financial, and/or compliance audit experience, including developing risk assessments, audit surveys and audit programs

Job Description:
Planning, conducting and/or leading financial, operational and compliance audits and special projects for ASLS to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, compliance with laws and regulations and efficiency/effectiveness of operations This would include: participating in or leading small audit teams, developing risk assessments and audit programs, reviewing/testing policies, procedures and controls to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, drafting audit reports and performing follow-up on status of management actions taken on identified issues.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of the monthly Management Reporting Pack and Interim condensed financial statements and commentary
• Coordinating the budget preparation processes
• Preparation of the Quarterly Legal Reporting pack
• Monthly preparation of the key Performance Indicators analysis
• Monthly revenue analysis and key Performance Indicators analysis
• Preparation of the weekly/mid and month end financial performance presentation and projections
• Coordinate with Financial accounting team during the month end closing to ensure a reviewed trial balance is produced on time
• Various Financial analysis as required
• Quarterly profitability analysis by segments
• Any other duties as might be assigned to you
• Completing and reviewing work papers and interfacing with external auditors.
• Performing/supervising test of compliance in various areas including: Financial Reporting, Revenue, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Payable, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Human Resources at all levels
• Participating in other projects and activities as assigned such as: Annual Enterprise Risk Assessment; using and assisting in preparing Audit Committee presentations; and Special Projects.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the basic knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills that will enable effective interaction with peers, audit department management, all levels of employees, management and departments in order to develop and maintain productive client and staff relationships
• Excellent analytical skills and comfortable in working with complex data, processes and systems to review and evaluate controls
• Understanding of internal auditing standards and risk assessment practices, IT and audit principles and awareness standard for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
• Proven leadership skills including: overseeing the daily work of other auditors; selling ideas and obtaining management buy-in for constructive change; ability to teach and coach staff
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance
• Proficient in business applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ACL. Oracle experience is a plus
• Must possess high ethical values.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for sea freight operations (import and export) including all documentation preparation, tracking and tracing. Handling Sea freight import / export customer service & operations & co-ordinate efficiently with the shipping agency.

Job Requirements:
• Working within a small team, to handle Sea Freight Import and Export to a varied client
• Following up orders, shipments, delivery schedule, etc
• Negotiating rates and transport schedules, organizing export paperwork & documentation
• Flexible & keen to take on new tasks & responsibilities in the office
• Shipment tracking and tracing
• Solid knowledge and experience in documentation preparation
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Duties include data entry to our in house system, liaise with customer for shipment booking, liaise with transporter for shipment pick up and also liaise with airlines/shipping line for shipment booking.
