But I'm already adicted to it afterall my Grandpa told me that I inherit the habit of drinking Garri 4rm him presently he is 82yr and he can see clearly and vry strong though he warned me of Sugar.  And the most terrible part is that I take Garri sumtimes 4 my breakfast and the unbelievable part is that instead of nescafe I drink whenever I want to have my midnight readingz!  Tanx 4 the advice sha!
