hmmm. This is not true sha. That’s how last week someone wrote on nairaland that all disciplines have done structured interviews. I counted my losses and called it a day. And then I got the invite on Friday night and I’m doing structured this week. If you haven’t heard from any accountant, Just keep an open mind.

Yes, it means you didn’t scale through. This is also mine from 2022 GT. Current year is still in progress.

In my opinion, I think Review in Progress means a Shell person is reviewing your application, maybe the applicant possibly passed the initial assessment we all did.

There is no issue as far as I'm concerned. 2 out of 3 is very fine. That's how I have been using my names. Only 2 almost all the times, use the 3rd one which is my middle name only rarely.

Hi, how about just first name and surname in B.Sc and NYSC certificate but all three names in every other documents? (BVN, NIN, PVC)

Hello, I didn't write any test then. It was just an interview (more of a chat) with a manager there. I was being recruited for Noemdek directly not for other organizations. So I don't know anything about their test or cbt.

Honestly, it been long I had an opportunity with them, but it was computer based excel question then, and then oral follows for those who passed then...

We were recruited for Airtel then, as a recovery agent...

But you need to know that time has passed and a lot would have changed, they are a good company...

If you didn't get the job then move on to the next. Dont tarnish their image, they are a reputable company. I have gotten a job from them before in May as a fresh graduate without knowing anyone there. They gave me an opportunity without any experience. I had to turn down the job because of the difficulty of getting public transport there and the pay was too small. So if he got the job then he definitely deserved it, don't trash talk him.
