@@@@ ifyfine, please i will advise you not to use any document that is not genuie okay the uk embassy strictly goes against this your friends that used it earlier might not tell you the truth about it all there are too kind of people in this world the sincere ones and the other , so try and make sure you documents are genuie , when is your university resuming , if so i can be of help!!!!!! , so we keep talking on nairaland okay. but i still persist do not use a false document okay

thx i appreciate it no i never press for refund since i know i will definately win the appeal but i called the school and i was told i will be sent a CAS this morning hoping and waiting to hear from them soon. thx lol

hello nairalanders please can someone advice me on the requirement for uk student visa after an appeal as been allowed, because i heard some people says there is still need for extra interview or there is still need to see some documents, please i would like to know more please

Hllo nairalanders please i want anyone with useful information about , united kingdom student visa whom have been issued an entry clearance through allowed appeal. please i want a post soon so that i can further retriate my opinions, am waiting please and incase if you have just been issued an entry clearance what are the requirements the embassy demands for, am waiting ,

my uncle whom is my maternal uncle is the one to sponsor me then , the money will be in my account soon but my question still remains if the embassy will apply the new immigration rule to allwoed appeal or just the former document i submit which was refused

@justwise , my school is resuming by september, 2010 although i deffered the admission , when i applied it was my sponsors account that i used , that was the rule then , but now the money can be posted to my account now, and the CAS letter will soon be sent to me although it has alreaday been posted. so JUSTWISE do you have anyone who has just been issued an antry clearance with this type of my situation, thanks for your reply so timely i appreciate it.

hello forum , can someone help me , i applied for student uk visa and i was denied ,then i appeal,my appeal was allowed by the AIT, and i was told to wait for the embassy to call me for visa, although i applied in 2008 and was denied by the entry clearance officer. i want to know what will be required of me when i was called at the embassy, is it still the documents i used then or i have to go through the latest immigration rule!.because i was told by a friend that i will just go there with the
1 letter sent to me

2 my current admission letter

3 my international passport.


i will like to know if anyone has gotten a student visa whose appeal has been allowed as well

may be you should try his weak point then you will arrive at your aim , but be careful as well
