Islam › Congregetional Dua After Salat, Good Or Bad by HAH(op): 6:00pm On Aug 24, 2016 |
Salamu Alaikum,
This days I fine it very disheartening how a lot of mosque don't do any congregational dua after salat.
While growing up duas are done together and as children that was how we learned how to make duas after prayers and I wonder how our children will have a practical knowledge of what to do and say after salat with the present practice of no congregessional dua, further some ulama have said that when duas are made together Allah may accept it because of a particular person that was part of it expecially when children who are considered sinless in Islam are also part of the dua.
This days especially here in the north most mosque that are ahlul sunna will not do any dua even in trying times like now the excuse given is it was never done by the prophet.
My question is what is wrong in doing something seemingly good even if not done by the prophet, moreover there are a lot of things done today that the prophet has not done, things like using, microphone, carpet, ac, fan etc
NB this thread is for our education please no insults. |

From experience ATM does not swallow your card without doing something wrong, is either you put wrong pin, the card has expired or the bank is looking for you hence they deliberately set it to swallow it so that you can come looking for it and they catch you.
However being debited without giving cash is. Different ball game as it can happen for no reason of yours but system malfunction |

While Bindow is excelling governors like Elrufai are busy on twitter with his boys giving us propaganda when all Kaduna roads are filled with potholes |
Business › Re: FOREX: Nigerians Will Continue To Suffer, Pending Massive Refining – Kachikwu by HAH: 7:57am On Aug 22, 2016 |
Reference: As poor as public service is in Nigeria, when the telecom networks do their usual upgrades all you get is a text message, annoying service disruptions and then its back again in a jiffy with lots of apologies. Same for banks, same for tv stations, same for airlines, etc. When it comes to petroleum everyone in Nigeria knows when the damn refineries break down and to maintain them or repair them is a national event with debates, talking drums, lightning and thunder. Abeg is a refinery infinitely more complex than a cement plant and Dangote has several of them and I cannot remember any time cement became scare because of TAM. The private sector is leagues ahead of government in handling business and industry. All a well meaning, sincere government needs to do is create the stage for the actors and do all it takes for them to put up a five star performance.
Even PHCN since privatisation is striving to come out of the grave of despair. The lame excuses are receding. You absolutely right |

Reference: Reasonable. And what Kachikwu is saying is true but my concern is that he is spicing it with a bit of scaremongering so that typically the Nigerian will run screaming for the doors demanding 'government action' which means the tradition of corruptive intervention. In Nigeria we make fires to make money. The refineries should be let loose even if 101% of our fx is spent on fuel imports. Not a penny more should be spent on trying to wake a dying, dead horse. Suffering is the tonic of the soul. Nigerians want omlettes without eggshells in the bin. You are 100% right and truly he is just scaremongering to get more money for unending fruitless TAM, the only solution is selling the refineries |

The best solution is to sell the refinaries to anyone that want to buy them.
Believe me if this refinaries are personal business it will work and you won't be hearing of turn around maintenance every six months,
And anyone that buy the refineries must sack everyone and employ new staff and train them because the current employees are so used to being paid even for doing nothing.
As long as we rely on this government owned refineries there is no possibility of local sufficiency of petrol our only hope is Dangote refinery.
Surely when Dangote refinery come on board the NNPC owned refineries will die the way Nitel died when GSM came |

akinlolumichael: Hmm! starting a bakery is a nice idea. I have one in Ogun State. Here in Ogun state we pay bakers #800 per bag. That is, they are paid base on daily work. But if the business is moving on fine, u increase their wages. Like here in my bakery, I do pay my baker #1500 per bag. And we are baking like 7-8 bags of flour in a day. Now to start, you calculate your cost of production, I.e the amount of the following used to bake bread such as, flour, sugar, EDC, yeast, Flavour (not necessary), nylon, diesel, bakery maintenance, Wood( if it is mud or convertible), vehicle, workers wages, and so on. After calculating all this, it should be around #17000-#19000. And you will will use one bag of flour to produce bread of #23000... For more enlightenment, Whatsapp me on 08037526966... Whatsapp only... You are welcome... Very valuable advice, thank you very much I will call you later for some more advice now am facing nafdac infact I just came back from there office, the guy I met is very nice as he gave me good advice as relates to regulations |

Princeonu: Make it salary based at commencement, engage a few professional bakers get them to perform multiple tasks to save cost of maintaining full staff strength. You should give serious attention to your market as the success or otherwise of the bakery depends on it. You may pay between 25k - 45k. Pay commission when you have fullypenetrated the market and record high turnover because if u pay commission at commencement you may not be able to keep an experienced baker since production is usually low at start. Thank you very much for this valuable advice |

fullman: Hello op ...its simple. You have to employ bakery assistant they get the lowest around 20- 35 depending on your bakery capacity. Their job is to wash pans , slice bread and every other job except for mixing and baking. A mixer you pay around 25-40 and a baker around 30-45. But you must be sure you employ a mixer and baker with expertise. Hope this help. Thank you very much, have already interviewed experienced mixer and baker, infact the mixer is my production manager, we started everything together, I want pay above my competitors cos I want the best and I have given myself a one year profit moratorium all that will matter to me is market penetration in the beginning |

Neyoor: My guardian currently have bakery in 4 different states in Nigeria and this is how he used to do it:
He firstly ensured that all his pan are coated, so no need to do much cleaning everyday or employed people for cleaning.
He pays weekly and there is hierarchy for his workers in this sequence
The baker that handles that stick collects between 1500-2000# daily
Their assistants 1200-1500#
And the apprentice 1000-1200#
Ur wages per week depends on the number of number of works you do for that week.
And it is usually 2 bags of flour per individual.
If 8 people are working, that's 16 bags for that shift.
There are many workers there, so not all them work on daily basis.
You can ask me more about what you need to know. Thank you very much, for this |
