The the main issue is this... What exactly are you fighting for?.. LOL what are you talking about? Offence/crime? Are they not both the same?... In the first place you are not charged with an office or crime in a civil case in the first place so I don't know where dt is from... When you are charged with treason(offence) you are rearly granted bail. Also just because you are not granted bail doesn't mean you have been found guilty.. It just means the court does not trust you would appear in court for the duration of the trial..

So if you for instance seek for an injunction at the court of appeal you can also seek for another one at the Supreme Court.. They are very different courts of law. You are filing new documents also... What the SC has basically said in this case is dt pending when they would hear sarakis appeal, the cct would have to wait until dey are done which would probably be in a months time..
