The implication is that this a new company that needs to stabilize within it's first year of operations therefore rushing to start paying dividends very early may not be such a good idea because you will end up depleting funds that should serve as working capital

In other words, investors are funding a project not a company. So, it is only logical to pay dividends from the first quarter.

Good investment document and plan. Though I feel some exaggerations are found in the document >90% prediction accuracy doesn't sound feasible. also the advert projection . But overall, the statement that I think is most compelling is the ROI by at least before dec 2021. That's more realistic. I wish you the best.

Identity theft is no doubt a serious problem today. No thanks to the carelessness of web users who fill online forms without verifying whether the page is secure or not and I-don’t-care attitude of web designers who do not install Secured Socket Layer (SSL) certificates. The result is that user information such as name, address, password, phone number, security question and answer, etc. are submitted in plain text to the server where the website is hosted. The problem is that between the user’s browser and the server, information can be intercepted by any evil minded person. Have you ever imagined what will happen if someone uses your details to open a bank account and an email address then engages in “yahoo-yahoo?” When the bubble bursts, who will be arrested?

Two thriving online businesses in Nigeria today are bulk sms and web hosting. Both require the entrepreneur to have a website in which potential clients register by providing their details. But more often than not, the registration page, the login page and the entire client area are insecure. Don’t be surprised if you log into your bulk sms account tomorrow and discover that someone has used up your sms balance.

Now, how do you determine that a webpage is secure?

Easy. A padlock icon will be displayed on the address bar of your browser when you visit that page. It will either be grey in colour or green. I will explain the difference in part 2 of this series. Also, the url of the page will start with “https://” rather than “http://”. Henceforth, if you don’t see these two things on a registration or login page, get out of that website sharp-sharp. Your details are not safe.

Good question. Buy and install SSL certificate on the server where your website is hosted. What it does is that it encrypts any information a user submits. So, even if the information is intercepted between the user’s browser and your server, it cannot be deciphered. Hence, you make more profit on the long run because people are confident doing business with you simply because they are sure that their information is safe and will not be eavesdropped.
