I'll take this quote from the Bible 'Answer a fool according to his folly, lest he be wise in his own eyes"
You just decided in convincing us better that you are more stupid than we thought, what you put up their is a crap, you have all this title yet you are lurking around NPOWER? You are jobless, you are a big time lier, if I post my professional certifications here with evidence you will bury your head but I won't engage in same foolishness with you by posting such here . Certainly you came from a dysfunctional home where hate is brewed and consumed daily, everyone here can attest to my ascertion by your constant vituperations. The Bastard in you won't let you off your stupidity until your mother identify your true father. It shall never be well with you mother f**kr, your helper will surely run away from you, keep lying to yourself.

"Musa" u re still fighting very hard to portray urself as a responsible goat, it's laughable for a piece of shit like u to feel envied, u re as good as my hairy black ass. I'm glad u have come to the realization that there are lots of sensiable fellas who don't share their "riliable information" here, eventhough they are well informed than u. Speaking of realness, is "musty4ahmed" ur birth name? Just when i thought u were different 4rom all other "musa" u still proved to be the most foolish person on earth. Incase u re stylishly asking for my name, it's Panshak aka "peekay". Keep dishing out ur reliable information to those that care n stop mentioning me or else......,i wont be this modest with u next time
Why this hatred and bitterness against someone that genuinely provided a good information which atleast on two occasions were absolutely corecct. You must be a product of hate for you to display irresponsible sense in public glare. Musa is absolutely right, keep displaying your stupidity, we are watchin you.

OP, when explaining your story, whether in person or in writing, don't call your brother "deceased" early on in your story ( e.g. "....the suspect took my deceased brother out and later returned around 8pm..." ) because he was still alive then. Calling him "deceased" when he had not yet died gives the connotation that he was deceased/had died before his encounter with Babatunde. You want to emphasize that he became "deceased" after his encounter with Babatunde Elisha, not before.

This isn't a difficult case. The one suspect is the man he was last seen with, Babatunde Elisha. With today's advancements in forensic and DNA technology, along with the autopsy result, they should've solved the case in no time. That they're withholding the autopsy result from your family is incredibly ridiculous and sad! Besides the coroner and investigative team, your family is the only other people entitled to those results. That they've withheld such pertinent information from you obviously means they've something to hide. Perhaps Babatunde Elisha has paid them off. Anyone can easily get away with murder in Nigeria. What a country.
Thank you for the correction, my brother was alive when he took him out and returned at about 8pm, he went in with him alone at the uncomplicated building where they were to sleep, he came to meet the security by the gate around 11pm that my brother was unconscious, the security asked him what happened to him, he couldn't give any explanation, the security met my brother unconscious with his thigh broken and bruises on his arms and he had already pee pee in his trouser, unable to respond.

Poster, if you are in Abuja go to human rights radio (Brekete radio) at games village. People bring complain's from all over the world and through Ordinary president they get justice, that's if their complaints are genuine.

Best wishes!!
I have been to Human right radio (Brekete family) several time but they have not booked appointment with us.

This is really sad. The system is fvcked. Why should the family pay for the autopsy?

I'd urge the family to petition the IGP again and also call on human rights organizations.
We wrote a petion letter to the IGP, the case was assigned to the FCID, the IPO at FCID charged us some amount of money before our case can be filed at the Homicide section, we paid, yet the case was abandoned and the suspect was never invited for questioning.

Twitter is the best way to get attention for something this serious and compromised
I pray you get justice that you so much wanted or at least get to know the truth surrounding the cause of his death
It doesn’t seem like he was stabbed or something
Probably he ate something he shouldn’t or to better put poisoned by the said suspect!!!
He had a broken skull and thigh sir.

Are you sure the autopsy report doesn't exonerate the accused? Also the olive should have let you know the cause of death and the outcome of their investigations na. Lack of transparency gives room for injustice.
The family was denied acess to the autopsy report, the suspect was released without informing us about their investigation, the suspect was bragging that nobody can do him anything.

Is this info/report giving to us a firsthand? From your post, you were not a witness at the scene.
The witness narrated exactly what I put here and the suspect never denied. He is my younger brother, I have followed up the case to FCID, the suspect is walking free.

Tragic. We dont know what happened neither do you know. We cant say he killed him or not but you can get some NGOs on Google who usually help on this kind of weird case
The suspect is culpable from the findings and his statement submitted to the Police.

Dear Nairalander and Nigerians at large. Please help me get justice for my late brother that was murdered on the 9th October, 2020 at Paradise Estate, Gishiri Abuja. All efforts to get justice has proved abortive.

Please ignore my grammatical errors because I am writing in pains and tears.

My late brother Taiwo Ojuoloruntaiye was a Student at Federal Polytechnic Nassarawa before his death, before his admission in the tertiary institution he has learnt paint production and painting as entrepreneural skill.

During the Covid 19 Nation wide lockdown, he moved to Suleja to meet his elder brother whom he stayed with, as a hardworking boy he started to hustle for painting job in Suleja and got some few work before he met one Babatunde Elisha in Suleja that took him to Abuja to work at Paradise Estate Gishiri, Abuja.

My brother worked with his suspected killer for three weeks before on the 9th October, after close from work he Babatunde Elisha pleaded with the security guard to allow him and my brother to sleep at the construction site which the security guards initially refused , the suspect took my brother out and later returned around 8pm to plead with security again to allow himself and my deceased brother sleep at the site because they have an urgent work to conclude, the security later granted them the request. By 10pm the security guards on patrol sited the suspected killer of my brother in a dark uncompleted room, he was so uncomfortable with their presence by the window side, he was fidgeting but the guard did not enter the room, when he was asked what he was doing there he said he was looking for his missing tools. At about 11pm the suspected killer came to the security guard at the gate that my brother lying unconscious, he guard asked him what happened he could not give a cogent reason what happened, he was told to take my brother to the hospital, but the suspect abandoned my deceased brother at the clinic around and ran away around 5am on the 10th of October, when the clinic nurse came she saw my brother foaming from his mouth with blood rushing out, that was how my brother died. The owner of the clinic mobilized the Policemen at Gishiri to trace the suspect to Paradise estate

The suspect was apprehended by the Policemen when he was about running away from the site haven parked his tools, note;he earlier informed the security guards that my deceased brother is doing well at the clinic where he took him to in the night.

At Gishiri Police outpost the suspect was transferred to Mabuchi Police Division Abuja, thereafter to FCT Police Command, Homicide section, the officers at the homicide section started acting strange to the deceased family. The Police brought the pathologist and mandated the deceased family to pay which we did, after the autopsy, the deceased family was never briefed about the autopsy report, the outcome of their investigation but released the suspected killer of my brother without the knowledge of the family. To our suspense, the suspect was set walking free he returned to Suleja bragging that he has bought his way out.

We the family wrote a petition letter to the Inspector General of Police requesting for proper investigation on my brother's death because we believed the case has been compromised by men of the FCT Police Command, the case was assigned to FCID by the IGP, to our surprise again the FCID refused to call for the rearrest of the suspect for proper investigation.

I want to beg Nigerians to demand justice for my late bother Taiwo Ojuoloruntaiye, our aged parents are traumatized the family is still in shock about the circumstance surrounding the death of our son and inability to get justice
