Hey Mideymi... I wouldn't advise u proceed with ur unconditional letter. Had same experience as well, by the way, I also applied 2 Uregina, Computer sci.. msc.. Here is it, they hardly respond 2 mail, so I would suggest u call the contact number so as to know what and what u need to fulfil 2 get full admission. There after, u would get a new letter stating ur full acceptance and 2geda with ur unconditional acceptance, u can then proceed with it for Visa processing. Just take it a step a time. To God be the Glory.After so many days of prayers and fasting God has answered my prayers.

Medical Mail:16/10/2015
Medical submitted by IOM:23/10/2015.
After that, no news from the embassy.i was worry but still hoping for the good.
God is wonderful and he is God of the victory ,on saturday 14th of Nov around 12pm,just checked my mail. I saw canadian immigration mail.... I was shacking by fear.what i did first,i started the prayer before clicking on that mail and When i clicked on it,i saw visa approved(entering in the worship&prayer again before reading the full msg(lolll).
And finaly i picked my passport today 16/Nov in Accra...
I am going for master programm at Laval University(Quebec).
Please, My english is average.I speak spanish and french fluently.
I thank all of you for your advices and encouragement on this forum.
Is that anybody who also is going to Quebec Most of u guys going to english side.Lolll
