First and foremost, Buhari is not my president. I am not under his jurisdiction, neither will i ever be.
Secondly, there are still no records of this phone call on the white house twitter page and the american media.
My guess is probably a covert brief phone call between white house officers and your buhari. That is exactly the way the US communicates with pariah states and dicators like Iran, North korea. And those phone calls are not officially recognized by the POTUS.
It does not change anything. The US will not sell you lethal weapons or buy your oil ever again.
