VnAhunnaPl:Clowns? Both had over 12 million votes combined as declared by INEC 'officially'. If you call th clowns, what will you then call Kwankwaso who had only 1 million votes in 2023? |
JagabanBorgu:Mention one state Governor since 1999 till date who did not operate LGAs or LCDAs with caretaker committees at some point in their tenure. |
Kaiser20:If Obi does not give shishi to anyone yet he has loyalists ready to 'kill themselves' on top of his matter, that means, he has something else about him that people that command bullion vans to their residences during elections do not have. You gerrit? If you don't gerrit, forget about it. |
Primafacie:😂😂😂 |
Kamars1111222:Make Obasanjo tell us wetin happen that day wey Atiku visit am, then we go know the actual truth. |
tundegan:Atiku never give up on the presidency. |
LibertyRep:I think Atiku was a little desperate. He was afraid that the alleged curse Obasanjo laid on him - that he would never be president - would take effect. So, he was probably willing to do anything to please his former boss |
Danwakae:😂😂😂 |
Moroccoguy:Yes oh.... |
Salewa97:Bro, you funny o.... |
In this exclusive interview with Arise News, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar shares the behind-the-scenes story of selecting his running mate for the 2019 presidential election. Atiku discloses that former President Olusegun Obasanjo initially suggested Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and Charles Soludo, but due to their lack of party membership, Atiku chose Peter Obi, who was a member of the party, and Obasanjo approved of this choice. This revelation offers a unique insight into the decision-making process of Nigerian political leaders. https://youtube.com/shorts/CYujjtNCXws?si=yoy-JaeIvi3f87q7 |
JagabanBorgu:Lies! This is a fallacy—the joke is on you. Peter Obi never shut down local government councils for seven years. While they were managed by caretaker committees, they were never closed. You can fact-check this: During his tenure in Lagos, the then Governor Tinubu’s administration appointed administrators for the 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) he created. |
tundegan:I think the joke is on you. You just exposed your ignorance. |
JagabanBorgu:How? If he didn't practice democracy, he wouldn't have chosen to go to court and reclaim his stolen mandate as governor. He was a pathfinder and the first man to prove that you can get political justice Nigeria's democratic dispensation. He opened the way for people like of former governor of Ondo state, Olusegun Mimiko; former governor of Edo states, Senator Adams Oshiomhole; former governor of Osun state, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and so many others. Bro, go and learn your history. Peter Obi is a democratic trailblazer. So far, he is the only governor that was impeached but successfully reclaimed his office through the courts. No other politicians who became a governor has successfully done so. |
yarimo:When the court declared him governor, the judiciary still had some level of integrity. All that has changed. Almost all the good judges with integrity have all gone. Today, politician for w their wives to go and study law so that they can buy appointments for them to become judges. In exchange, they help them become election winners. Senator Bulkachuwa whose wife was the then President of the court of appeal admitted this on the floor of the 9th Senate. More recently, the wife of Nyesom Wike was made a judge after Wike left office as governor. Look at former governor Murtala Nyako's wife, Justice Binta Nyako and the disgrace she has become in Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case. The examples are many. This was not so 22 years ago when Peter Obi ran for governor. |
Salewa97:Please get your facts right. Peter Obi did not contest 2015 and 2019 elections. And yes, he is the only saint in the 2023 elections. He was already a billionaire owner of fidelity bank and 'Next Cash and Carry' super stories before becoming a governor at the age of 44. EFCC couldn't find anything on him to implicate him. Don't you think you are the one who next to check your mental stability? |
VnAhunnaPl:Are you saying there was no point you could pick from what he said about our current situation as a country operating a democratic system of government? |
