You did n't make any sense here, because all the countries involved in this are all great countries who has made name for themselves and are still making names in all aspect of lives. Your ignorance is astounding. Once a matter is before a higher court, a lower court cannot entertain it. Particularly when the higher court has fixed a date to deliberate the matter and deliver judgement. What that unlearned judge called Lifu did is an affront to the sanctity of the courts and an abuse of the judicial process.

I don't have good knowledge regarding these legal things, please can you explain to me well. Someone said that the High court had already finished hearing the matter and set date to deliver her judgment before ADC went to Appeal court to get stay of execution. That the Appeal court can't stop the lower court under that situation, but can only do so if the case is still on? Is that true?

In England for example, Leicester won the league in 2015, "few years later" were relegated to Championship, just this concluded season, they were again relegated to league 1.

Chelsea on the other hand won the FIFA club world cup last season, but this season they finished 10th position in the league...

So shits do happen everywhere in football!
