Okay let's assume transmitting of results electronically is mandatory, is displaying of the transmitted results on INEC public portal is also mandatory?

Because I believe before all the results were announced, the results must have been transmitted to INEC back up server which only they have access to, after verification of both results transmitted electronically and the one about to be delivered physically, then they update the public portal.

If there is no law making transmitting of results electronically mandatory in the Inec public portal, then the petition about electronic transmitting would be quashed so early as the opposition argument is about results in public portal

INEC is a creation of law and constitution, the constitution gave them right to create guild lines for the election and whatever guild lines they created is backed up by law. They gave the guild lines and fail to use it, that means they went against the law. They can not be above the law that created them by not following the guild lines they set after reassuring Nigerians that results will be transmitted electronically so it means that what they did was intentional and should be held responsible and they should provide the original manual result sheets sign by all the pooling agents of all the political parties involved so we can know the actual winner.

LP did not have representative in more than 60 percent of polling units in Nigeria. So they are relying on others party figures in those polling units, relying on others parties figure in the North where they failed too? Where they recorded lowest votes. Here in Ekiti, they don't have party agents in more than 95% polling units, if they were rigged in those polling units, how wiill LP party challenged that? I don’t know if you are being petty on this or is it how best you can reason, if the first is the case why do teachers, lectures etc fail us when we did n’t follow a spelt out instructions or guild lines for an examination.
