Cyberterror: The court never said that David Mark is the authentic chairman. INEC still has the constitutional right to decide the authentic ADC leadership. Are you alright, how can INEC decide who the authentic chairman of a Party is or should be? |

Ordinary increasing the electricity tariffs to boss the distribution of electricity, we all heard the loud noise from the Nigerians What you called bitter truth is foolishness. If many small countries can have steady power supply and afford it why can't Nigerians, Do you even know what is called basic amenities? Some of you lost ur sense of reasoning just because you want to support the government in power that failed her citizens. |

Richtaiwo: Meanwhile, I understand that one fraudster from agulu is still pleading with Amaechi to step down for him, as though Amaechi had ever suggested that he doubted his own chances of emerging victorious.
This reflects nothing more than the usual, deeply irritating sense of entitlement. It is difficult to comprehend the sheer arrogance of expecting a fellow aspirant to abandon a legitimate ambition simply to satisfy your own vanity. Across the world, every serious contender for elective office fights to earn the opportunity. Yet one illiterate appears convinced that he should simply be handed the ticket because he has a pack of paid social media attack dogs barking noisily in his defence. This thread is about APC hope you? |

I can bet u haven't travelled out of Nigeria before so u see virtually everything as Nigerias fault.
Shit happens abroad too and network jam happens frequently but they don't blame their countries cos network providers can fail or bad weather Please which country abroad has that happened, please can you name it? |

You simply lost. Period! God bless you, between if the North want respect the zoning system the battery should be between Rotimi Amechi, Peter Obi and any other Southern candidates. Basic123: Gather knowledge before you have opinion on issues and connect your brain with your keyboared 1.It wasnt INEC that took ADC to court but those people the structure of criminality hijacked the party from. 2.INEC only complied by the ruling on the dispute in 1 above As it was before the case was brought to court, mean David Mark should the remain the leader until the court determine you can't leave a party without a single leadership. But if you interprete it to be before David Mark was handed over the leadership to, then they should call Raph Nwosu to retake over the Party leadership. Use ur sense and not sentiment. |
Politics › Re: ADC Crisis: Lawyers Divide Over NBA’s Position On Involvement In Party Matters by Hangulsaram: 6:41am On Apr 14 |
amaridigital: He speaks for the headless mob. How can you say people don't have the right to go court because of electoral matter? Does the electoal law supercede the constitution? Won't Obi go to the appeal and the supreme court when he loose the elections next year? it is as sure as ever that they will keep on crying irev as usual. Even people still go to court over chieftainy and kinship issues. So according to NBA the Court should just allow some people who are non members of an existing party to hyjack a party because they make the loudest noise? It's obvious you don't have anything to say, just that you want to mention Peter Obi's name, you have. Kudos |
Politics › Re: ADC Crisis: Lawyers Divide Over NBA’s Position On Involvement In Party Matters by Hangulsaram: 6:37am On Apr 14 |
Basic123: They were not divided when the court interfered in APC affair by comfirming suspension of OSHIOMOLE,a whole ruling party National chairman by his ward party chairman in 2020,under APC government of buhari
They were not divided when the court declared PDP winners of all the seat and governorship post won by APC in Zamfara and Sokoto just because the primary that produced them was faulty.
They were not divided when Court gave APC mandate given to David lyon to Diri of PDP in 2020 also
Untill we Nigerians stop hypocrisy and double standard,we are going no where, what is good for politicians we hate is bad for the one we love and vice versa With this we already know where you belong, they Said internal issue of the Party.. but apart from oshimole case every other case you mentioned are b/w two parties and had constitutional/legal backing. Oshomoles case no external interference like INEC role o the ADC matter, they decide to go to court within themselves APC members. So before you talk reason well. |

Business › Re: CBN Tightens BVN Rules From May 1: 5 Key Changes To Know by Hangulsaram: 5:38pm On Apr 11 |
SixSeven: 1. One-time phone number change
Under the new rules, customers can now change the phone number linked to their BVN only once in their lifetime. The policy targets rising cases of SIM-swap fraud, where criminals take over phone numbers to gain access to bank accounts.
Customers are therefore advised to link their BVN to a secure, long-term phone number—preferably one already tied to their National Identification Number (NIN).
This rule is nonsense. As much as it makes sense, it is not a long term thinking. We do not have permanent phone numbers. The number tied to my NIN can expire. People can and should have the right to change numbers any number of times they want. Nigeria should decide whether they are using NIN or not. A phone number should not be a personal identifiable number, it is even dangerous. The other time Minister of Interior under Buhari said no passport without NIN. Now, CBN wants to limit your BVN with NIN and OTPhone number. Let's stop making life more difficult for the average Nigerian. The number link to ur BVN can expire, how? |

Politics › Re: INEC 2025 Memo Reveals David Mark-Led ADC Caretaker Committee Is Invalid by Hangulsaram: 5:54pm On Apr 06 |
Putindbutt: In Summary:
1. There was an initial meeting where the seller( Ralph Nwosu) and the buyer( Atiku) exchanged commodities and David Mark was appointed the caretaker Chairman of ADC.
2. There was a follow up meeting of the NEC where the appointments of David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, Bolaji Abdullahi and others were ratified (adopted).
3. For there to be a change of leadership or appointment of new leadership of any party, INEC must be given atleast a mandatory 21days notice according to the electoral law. Failure to do so automatically renders such an exercise invalid.
4. ADC therefore failed to notify INEC before appointing David Mark as Chairman at the kangaroo meeting where they all stepped down and resigned and David Mark took over (only Nafiu Bala did not resign).
5. ADC only notified INEC of the NEC meeting where David Mark was ratified.
6. ADC also failed to submit specimen signatures of David Mark and Aregbesola.
So, the pictures and videos we saw in the media where they all gathered in Abuja was only to ratify the appointment of David Mark Committee. INEC was also there. But the important one where he was earlier appointed as Caretaker Chairman, INEC was not there because they were not notified.
I'm waiting for Nairaland SANs to come and tell INEC that they don't know law. Meaning that INEC is now abandoning their first reason why they derecorgnize David Mark Exco committee, meaning that that Exco committee is legal, so they are finding out that 21days notice was not given to them meanwhile they attended the first and second meeting? |
