skymint: I am 38yrs. I have the time and money! My problem with EE is the test of English language. Please what do you advise? "Been on the safe side" ? And if I decide to evaluate my degree, is it going to be my HND or my MIT? Well with your age points will definitely drop, except your spouse is younger and have a master or two or more degree. But you know for AIPP you will write IELTS but clb4? |

hannamia007: Frank, the job you applied for, was it more than a month? Because I heard for it to be valid to IRCC it must be over a month advertised to show that no inland could fill the position before hiring from outside. How true please based on your experience? @Frankrobbn1 |

TripleAyo: Hi Thanks for your input.
I'd like to ask you a question. How long do you need to work with your employer before you can move to other jobs or provinces. I'm saying this because some people are of the opinion that you will be irrevocably tied to your employer once you go this route. What's your opinion on this? Your employer will give you a contract, ensure you read it thoroughly and understand most of the clauses there, if the contract states 1 year then after one year you can renew or look for job else where. But it’s advisable to be in that province until you get your citizenship. |

femisek: Kindly clarify please,Does it mean if you get a job offer, you can choose to go for PR directly neglecting work permit?Who decides you go for which, you or the employer? You can decide which, IRCC stayed you can apply for work permit while your PR is in progress, also your employer can decide for you. But why apply for work permit when you can apply for PR and be a residence. |

skymint: I have HND electrical electronics with a master in information technology. And I also have 12 years experience on ATM Engineering and system repair Is this acceptable ?
##hannamia007, Your input shall be greatly appreciated. How old are you? because with your master EE should be looking good; that is if your age is favorable. But for AIPP evaluate the degree you feel you have more work experience or all. Some employers don’t want some people with masters if they require bsc, it makes one look over qualified. If you have time and money evaluate all your degree to be on a safe side. just a suggestion |

U will need to later change the thread topic to AIPP and Rural Northwest Immigration Pilot (RNIP) by September cos the RNIP officially kicks off in September (Fall) 2019 It’s a good advice, monikers will have to vote on this and decide to join it or split. |

Thank you WES is an evaluating body, you can’t say ECA report or WES. Anyways, you must have your IELTS and ECA report ready before creating a profile. |

ShoeShineGuy: I think this is the best route for you and your hubby. Age isn't on your side to be frank (as this alone will suck up a large portion of CRS you could have attained if you were way younger, say 10years at least), while PNP (the alternative route) is not only most times complicated for people without required relatives in Canada but as well, both time and money consuming! If you are persistent on this process enough, you'll pull through in due time. Wishing you all the best madam. You said it all thanks |
Nairaland General › Re: Re: Immigrate To Canada Through AIPP Part 1 by hannamia007: 10:57am On Aug 07, 2019 |
livepluslife: Age 43 Bsc /mba evaluated by Wes IELTS Writing 6 Speaking 7.5 Reading 7 Listening 7.5 Worked for 12yrs Spouse Age 53 Msc/PhD evaluated Worked for 28yrs Due to age EE won’t be feasible with the recent draws and PNP is Not so easy. You should try this AIPP, just be consistent and devoted in finding job offer because that’s the main hurdle. |

richard334: Good day every one, Got a job offer fulltime 40 hour from a company in which its head office is at British Columbia it was during the interview via hangout yesterday i noticed the job offer was a Work From Home offer with good benefit pls house what should i do next Congratulations Richard, I have few questions and suggestions. 1.) Are you going to be paid? I'm asking because I also came across a job that offers work from home for couple of months but no payment, if you're good after the free job, the 'll offer you a full time employment but no longer from home.2.) Do they have branch in any of the Atlantic province? If yes, let them know they can sponsor you through aipp because LMIA is more tedious and time/money consuming. 3.) I 'll suggest you attend the training, get the job but be sure not to disclose sensitive information, if there is a way you can verify the coy pls do. 4.) Don't stop applying for jobs I wish you all the best and please keep us posted. |
