Since she is working, let her print her own bank statements, explain in her LOE in details of how the money will cover her stay over there, get her gift of deeds with stamps from a lawyer on any lump sum of money or assets transferred to her..
Also your sponsor will need to submit his/her bank statements, affidavits of support, letter of employment and sponsorship, assets in their name. To validate if they still have some assets and finance for their own upkeep after transferring to her.
All should be formal or at least look formal.
This is what I think you should do and what I have done so far in anticipation of the gsmc note.
Just waiting for the note so as to address the main reason and fire on.

Please note that this denial refers to the applicant finances and not the sponsor,s finance.
Her first denial, it was stated clearly that they don't believe she would be able to pay her fees, medical bills, and afford the cost of living. After that first denial, we packaged the whole thing and submitted again.
This second denial, just one reason was given for denial which was:

I got a response from IRCC saying my file was in Nairobi and they have sent it to them. • I got almost 10 ghost updates at different times. • Medicals finally changed to 'passed' on 19th May. • The ghost updates stopped completely. I became scared because I felt they had abandoned my application � • Surprisingly I got a ghost update on 11th of June. • BVL and PPR on 17th June Documents submitted: • Degree Certificate and transcript, I'm an Optometrist (Doctor of Optometry degree) and I'm going for an Msc in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. • I got a partial scholarship from the school which covers domestic tuition. When was the money transferred to you? Do you have a gift of deed from him?
I think a signed affidavit of support with help and as long as the money can cover your school fees and spending for a year of stay it os good. Just show the proof that the money is available.

Sandraebire: applied for study visa to Canada. My sponsor is my in-law (my sisters husband) so a month before my application, he sold his car and the a lump sum was transfered to his account from the sale of the car. Now my question is 1. Is the lump sum a problem. The lump sum entered the account 2 month before my application 2. The total money in his account is 17k dollars aside the 3.7m living expenses he transfered to me. Can he sponsor me with the 17k usd. Though the 17k usd is different from the money he has in his salary account. HERE'S MY STORY The hustle was tough in 2019 trying to finding UNI rather than Colleges with my 2:2 pali. SoFaithly: I wonder where we are getting that notion that an applicant's own proof of funds is considered most authentic in processing Visa? Lie! These guys don't even appreciate you been sponsor of your education, because even themselves know that schooling in their countries is damn expensive! especially when $ and naira are going at wide opposite direction.
By the special grace of God, I started my journey to the US, did just 2 semesters there, and ported to Canada last month finally, all with relatives sponsorship. All I did when I first started was to include my yeye salary account Stmt that barely hold up to N2k at the end of month��, just to proof that I was working and earning. Also, if you can, always endeavour to do upfront medicals, upload just the appointment letter on your application page or send via web form. It aids in their decision making.
And also, when bringing in dependants is a priority for you, apply and get your own visa and come in first, get a suitable apartment, secure your 20hrs job, run at least a semester, then put in their application. It speaks volume this way! God bless you all!

My sponsor are my parents. my dad is a level 17 officer with a bank statement of over 10mil presently. I submitted his employment letter, payslip for 6months, ID Card, my admission letter, payment slip.
What do I have to bring into this new application submission?

You may want to give more information on the officer's concern ground; documents submitted, budget & financial commitment toward your study, sponsor, your employment and economic establishment, etc. This will allow people to have some clarity to share their helping suggestions with you.
However, in my take, I think you should reapply immediately even without the notes (, but this should be your final decision). Tackle the main reason coupled with home ties (economic).
Pay for your tuition (if it hasn't been done), include BS/MBS (personal) and payslip (if applicable), change sponsor (if applicable), open a GIC (if applicable), and round up with a good letter.
1. how do I move like 1 million naira from my savings into salary account without it been suspiciou, I am using the account to show proof of my financial capacity.
2. If I can use an asset transferred to my name from my parents, can that serve as my personal asset declaration when submitting a reapplication? Is a stamped affidavit from a lawyer sufficient?

Joyousgem: I am sorry about your delay. You need to address your personal economic ties to Nigeria. It goes a long way to shown you will leave after studies. The VO was not convinced of your personal financial stability. Anything stated on your application had to be supported with proof. If you state that you are employed you need proof of salary payment, such as bank statement, payslips, letter from employer, etc. Also did you address how your studied will increase your employability in your chosen field on your return. It needs to link into your short/long term goals in your SOP. If you have examples of job adverts with stated salaries, it shows your financial incentive to return. Be sure to ask for help from gurus to vet your LOE.
