A party can only be disqualified if they failed to provide their party register and notify inec of their primaries in the 21 day window. That's where inec can wield the hammer. But if a party meets that statutory requirement, nothing concern inec again.
The issues of whether the person that won the primary was a member of the party as at the time the primaries held does not concern inec. It's an internal affair of the party and only a fellow contestant can take that to court. That's what the inec hatchet man is saying
