hi, you've gotten help??

@ Ojimma, yeah, that's what you need. Get an empty disc and create a system restore disc. I had issues before now and later got it resolved with my hp, but I'm still yet to create that disc. This willl definitely be a booster for me. After creating the disc, insert and let your BIOS boot from CD/DVD drive first. You should be fine.
If this doesn't work, try backing up your system and re-install your os.

I won't like to recommend anyone here on NL for obvious reasons. Just check the LR threads here and choose.

Also, when I used the following login details,
U/n: administrator
P/w: (blank)
I got this error message: 'Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator'.

@ chuks315, only one user account i.e the Administrator exists, and I just wanted to erase the existing user domain and group on the existing User account, so I could replace with mine. And that was what I did.
The error message : 'There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request'.
OS: Windows 7 Enterprise. Thankssss.

Hi,
I got this system from someone, amd tried to edit the computer's name and in the process, removed the administrator user domain and group mistakenly and now, I can't login to the system.
Need urgent help pleazzzzze.

fellis: You can buy charcoal iron, op. Don't worry it won't stain your clothes, the charcoal is inside the cavity in the iron not on the surface. Ask the seller to explain how it works to you.
