I think what u should have said is that God can not order someone to do somethings as it was done in the Quran. Like i also do not believe that God and His Messengers (as) are capable of carrying out those senseless atrocities as the Bible conveyed them. Allah (God) will provide for both the pious and criminals alike in this world, even at times, criminals would be endowed with what pious didn't have, thus we would say God is Merciful to all mankind. ur health, wealth... have nothing to do with the level of ur piety, Hence Allah is "Rahmon".

And God's Mercy would be exclusive to those that abide by His rules and regulations here on earth. It might be very difficult, bt it's a small price for big goods awaiting for them in afterlife. That is where ur Piety would determine may be God would be Merciful to one or otherwise, hence we say Allah is "Roheem"

Prophet Muhammed (saw) prescribed the laws to us, as was prescribed to Him (saw), and other Prophets(as) by Almighty God.

Then what would happen if one commits adultery?

Deut 22:22 "If a man is found sleeping with another man's wife, both the man who slept with her and the woman must die"
Lev 20:10. Lev 21:9. Prov 6:32 among others.

In both OT/NT, to divorce and remarry is an offence that attracts capital punishment.

Mark 10:12 "And if she divorces her husband and marries another man. she commits adultery". Same thing with Matthew 19:9... And what's the punishment for Adultery?

The law was also prescribed for Prophet Muhammed (saw) but with slight difference.


1. If a non-married boy and girl commit an adultery and get caught, the duo would receive a good 90 strokes of of cane.
whether they survive it or not, Mashallah (If God wills) for that particular one, they would be forgiven by God. Bt they can still continue with their acts if they are ready to receive the punishment.

2. If a married man and woman commit an adultery and get caught, the duo are criminals of God and they should be judge with the law. The duo would be Stoned till they're lifeless. Mashallah (If God wills) for that particular one, they would be forgiven by God.

And that's how other laws would be carried out as prescribed on the culprit.

This's insane right? Actually it's not! What we need to understand is how to provide exhibits against these people with which they would be condemned.

Except in the case of pregnancy, under the Sharia law, we can be able to condemn 1 out of hundred of such because of the criterias required.

I can list the criterias upon request.

Note: If we don't meet up with the criterias required to condemn the culprits and the culprits denied of doing it. they would be left to face the direct judgement of God. But if the criteria required is meet then it's mandatory for us to carry out the judgement by ourselves as prescribed by God so that others would learn their lessons and such act would drastically be reduced.
