None except Iran is heavily invested in Scientific Research and Development. They're not taking their military serious. They don't produce drones, no air defense, nothing!

All Hamas needs is just few portable ADs to deter Israel which would've made the latter careful with her random sorties that has lasted for days and counting now but seems Arab world have no ADs or something. Imagine Israel losing 5 F16S in the last few days, they'd have slowed down sorties by force.
