I just got an offer from Hull. However, they don't accept NECO or English Proficiency Letter. I am thinking of writing either IELTS and TOEFL but my worry is meeting the September deadline. I still have to do POF, TB test etc. Is anyone in this situation? I'd like to rub minds

Are you saying University of Hull doesn't accept even WASSCE also for English language proficiency? because you mentioned NECO and Letter from one's school.
