http://wikiwhatng..co.ke/2016/07/what-you-need-to-do-to-lead-small.html?m=0 Being the boss of yourself could be interesting when your business is growing massively and frustrating when it is stagnant or declining. Businesses are like automobiles, they are required to be steered or controlled in the right direction or else may face fatal damage. Growing a small scale business is not easy as it sounds and not too difficult either. While most people believed money is the key, other necessary conditions seem to overtake the importance of money on small businesses. Dangote only started with NGN 500,000 and now top the African richest businessmen list. Here is what you need to lead a small business efficiently and successfully. 1 . Price Comparison and Tagging Compare prices from different businessmen especially those whose business are better off than yours. Reduce your pricing by 10% or more compared to your competitors. You may not make maximum profit when you are doing this but, you will make more than enough to supplement for the loss thereafter. With this you will be able to gain customers that patronize your competitors and win them to yourself. 2. Advertisement You will need to spend more on advertisement to boost your business. Create awareness about your products to your target groups especially those who are far from your location. Try different advertisement methods and choose the one(s) which is(are) more effective. You may go for online, newspaper, radio and TV advertisements. Usually, advertisements talking about discounts are best as they compel would –be customers to buy more of the product as they won’t want to miss the opportunity. 3. Customer-friendly attitude This is the most important aspect if you need to grow your business. Customers hate humiliation, never be fierce to your customers, treat them with respect even if their younger than you, never blame them if they are wrong, instead try to absorb the blame. A customer may refer tens if not hundreds of people if he/she is quite satisfied with your commodities or services. Maintain friendly connections with your customers; give out freebies especially on occasions like New Year, Ramadan, and Christmas etc. 4. Open a new office in another location When your efforts are paying off, you may want to consider opening a new office in another location. This is risky unless you are making substantial income from your business. Business growth is very different from physical growth, so you need to be careful not to be after physical growth only. You can only open a daughter-office when you have the resources to maintain and manage both offices successfully. 5. Don’t waste time on failure. Learn how to adapt to changes either good or bad. People are bound to fail, so get up again and try out new methods. You will get to know your mistakes by doing this and also amend them. Consult specialists on how to avert re-occurrence of such mistakes. Have it in mind that failures are stepping stone to success, and when you fall and stand again, everyone believes you be a great entrepreneur. 5. Conduct a Survey Conduct a survey to discover how customers relate with your products or services as this helps to detect the bad parts that scare people away from your products and improve them. Such survey may be rewarded by useful suggestions from customers on how to improve the products. Apply strategies employed by other successful entreprenuer to your business and watch your business grow. http://wikiwhatng..co.ke/2016/07/what-you-need-to-do-to-lead-small.html?m=0 Lalasticlala, mynd44

mikolo80: That's my opinion. They blocked 5 million subscribers, how does that enables you to communicate more easily and you said they are not treating us badly. If they are not punished, everyone will be in fear of SIM termination. Your SIM may be terminated anytime without reasons. |

To me it is a fair and transparent decision by the NCC, BP was fined about 20 Billion USD by the US govt over oil spill and they paid, which implies if we can't enforce this , then we are not ruling the country. DSTV has treated Nigeria so badly, and MTN is doing the same. We can't just fold our hands and let everyone take us for a ride. I think we need to start punishing those foreign companies that fails to follow our directive. Let's hear your opinion. 1 Like |

FisifunKododada: Yeah. Your point is perfect, if you can develop a toy car, then self driving autos are no big deal |

http://techsavvyhome..com/2016/01/google-and-ford-to-partner-on.html I think this year will be an era of great technological achievement as Google and Ford breaks the year's technological environment with this great news. The technology giants are collaborating to produce self driving autos. Although there have been self driving autos before, One can never tell what the car will feature. The two monster organizations in two diverse corners will declare that they are collaborating to produce steered autos amid one month from now's Consumer Electronics Show, Yahoo Autos reports . Although this has not been confirmed, we are convinced it may be so by Ford's reaction as Ford's Executive chairman, Bill Ford Jr. stressed that "the car-maker would need to combine with enormous tech organizations keeping in mind the end goal to survive the coming arrangement of upsets confronting the transportation business" which implies Google may have been their choice as obvious on the test auto. You can recall that Google partnered with various organizations to deliver Nexus items. They recently partnered with Infinix versatile to produce the first generation of Android-one gadget in Africa which yielded the infinix Hot 2. If this collaboration turns out to be successful, Google may turn into the big name behind self driving autos with their logo on the products. Google is the largest web search engine. They also own YouTube, Google map, Google+, Adsense, Adword etc. What is your thought on this? Is it a good move or are they crossing their boundary of web administration? http://techsavvyhome..com/2016/01/google-and-ford-to-partner-on.html
