EmekaBlue: Governor Of Katsina State Allows Jumat Gatherings On Fridays
Despite Katsina state recorded its first covid-19 case and death. Muslim clerics went ahead to approach Governor Masari and forced him to allow normal Jumat prayers.
Meanwhile they also have churches there but if you read the approval letter you will see it only favours their people but this disease can spread to kill the law/abiding sensible Christains in the state and put everyone at risk
What do you have to say about this?
https://www.channelstv.com/2020/04/08/covid-19-katsina-govt-lifts-ban-on-friday-prayers/amp/ Were you there when they were forcing him? Why are you so full of hatred for Muslims for God sake? Why can't you just address an issue with showing you religiously bigoted reasoning? |

OkoAmarashy: It is not an issue of Islam or Christianity, it is an issue of stupidity, illiteracy and outright madness. The Muslims in Saudi have closed down the grand Mosque and other Islamic sites in Saudi, yet some illiterates in the North who can't even lead prayer in Saudi think they are more Catholic than the direct descendants of Muhammad (SAW).
Keep attending what you want to attend. In a few weeks, when it starts ravaging the North, we would all be looking at you from the safety of our respective homes. Really it's not about the two religions and you're bashing those you have zero idea about. Why not read and pass if truly you have believe in your last paragraph, your hatred towards Northerners or should I say Northern Muslims won't let you. |

This allah has got to be the most petty minded god out of the 1 million gods out there. Be careful with your wording and show it that you have sense. That you are not a follower of one Religion doesn't mean you should insult what others worship. You can always show your dislikeness without insulting what somebody else's worship. Allah instruct Muslims in the Qur'an about not insulting what others worship so as to avert them doing the same and commenting like you did out of Ignorance. |

eduman365: Adebowale, he can call it a Christian state because Rivers people are predominantly Christians. Yet, he has never infringed on the rights of any Muslim in Rivers, if you have contradictory proof, bring it out. The north has been practicing sharia law for years, even when it contradicts some laws of this country, nobody has done anything about it. The north on the other hand is notorious for burning churches and abusing Christians. Even Boko Haram initially were targeting Christians before they started attacking everybody altogether.
Muslims have not faced 1 percent of the persecution christians have faced in this country, your conscience should prick you if you're still a human being. Every trouble Nigeria is passing through in this country is from Islamist extremists because a christian won't blow up people claiming that Jesus told him to do that.
As a Yoruba man, I am ashamed of you. Have you been to the North. Cause I've been there and experienced it firsthand. Sharia law is only applicable in few states primarily North Western States. I spent a year plus in Gombe and I can tell you religion persecution has never happened before. How many northern states have your been to? Just like Rivers are mostly Christians, some states in the North are predominantly Muslims so what do you expect. You can be ashame that's your problem. State the reality and stop playing victim. |

true2god: Adebowale stop this nonsense. Human being of 1500 years have not changed a bit, at least physically. You dont also believe in huma evolution. What mohammed did to Aisha is bad; you cannot take an innocent girl of 6, as a wife, as sleep with her at 9. It is child abuse. I'm not arguing only to point out what you need to know. What I'm trying to say is your great grandmother at 6 years old will she look the same with a girl of 6 years old now. And can you tell me the age at which your great grandmother 1500 years ago got married? I'm never supporting evolution. Be objective and don't let hatred becloud your thinking. And what is the marriageable age 1500 years ago. Please tell me? Answer the two questions or stop spilling trash on the Noblest of all Mankind. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Mallam Yusuf Adepoju Of ACADIP Got Embarrassed By Muhammad Lifestyle by Hardeybohwarley(m): 7:28am On Dec 20, 2019 |
true2god: The marriage of a 51-year old so-called prophet Mohammed to a 6-year old Aisha will be discussed from generation to generation, as long as Muslims take the Quran and hadith seriously as religious materials that guide the conduct of Muslims. After all, the god of Islam, allahh, called Mohammed a role model and perfect conduct to be emulated by mankind. Why must we forget and never discuss his marriage to baby Aisha?
You said Adepoju Yusuf wanted to ensure that the Simon guy knew what he was saying? What a bull crap! Don't you understand the element of body language in clinical psychology? Didn't you study Adepoju Yusuf's body language and posture after the uncomfortable question? Your attempt at defending your ACADIP guy here is laughable and ridiculous. Your ACADIP man played semantics in a rather foolish way; he was not smart at playing the semantic game. He should get more lessons from Zakir Naik.
As for ACADIP as an organization, it is made up of 99% Yoruba Muslims. Yoruba people by nature are not too aggressive; they don't take Islam/religion as a do or die affair, unlike the Hausas, the fulanis or the Arabs. Yorubas, by nature, can't imagine fighting over religion hence in a single Yoruba family, you see a Muslim, a Christian and people that practise traditional African religion. And they will all get along without any issue, except for the few extremist that might be among them. So the security got nothing to do with ACADIP but the inate nature of Yoruba people which abhor unwanton violence and the fear of death. If ACADIP were to consist of original Muslims, the Arabs or the Fulanis only, thousands would have either killed Christians or lost their own lives in the process. Bismillah wa salam ala Rosululahi. May the Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon the Noblest of all Mankind; Muhammad Mustapha (Aameen). This is just a simple explanation about the Marriage of the Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) and Aaisha (R.A) as many Islamic Scholars have written and talked about it already. Without much ado, The Prophet (S.A.W) lived about 1500 years ago, as such everything around his time cannot be compared to now. As things changes with time, if the value of #10,000 ten years ago can change as a result of some factors, why is it unbelievable that the size of human 1500 years ago will be the same as now. Also, Marriage has no specific age as it varies from places to places owing to many factors. So before you say ill words or abuse Prophet Muhammad, think in through. May Allah SWT guide us all and show us the right path. |
