My advice is the baby cannot be killed because you have the baby when you are a sinner. Now you wre wrong go and seek the face of Almighty for forgiveness and sin no more.
You cheated in your waec now you know what you did is wrong ask God fo forgiveness and never to cheat again.
Same thing happened to my cousin who cheated in WAEC to pass all his paper. Now according to him he has seen light this guy decline his admission into University of agriculture Makurdi.
He went back to sit for another waec and he could not pass all the paper and later went to college of Education, he has graduated and currently teaching in one private school in his village
Since you can not reduce your age back to when you started sinning, same way you can't get back to the same day you cheated to write again.
If i had opportunity then my brother i would have cheated, my principal came supervising himself if he catches anyone that person is gone, we fear our principal more than what we cannot imagin.
Some of our classmates that left to village or remote area to register for waec did well and better than us
I saw one one them in Middlesbrough recently. Within us we know they went there for miracle but they were not caught so they did not cheat o. So if you no gree you can go to court.
Time wait for no one. There are some job if you reach some certain age you cannot apply for that job again
Lets not overdo or take some irrelevant decisions that will affect us in the future

killing the baby will be a sin. You cannot use a sin to cover another sin. But in this case the certificate can be returned. Returning the certificate is not a sin. This is not as complicated as you think. You are trying to hard to find a reason to justify cheating which a lot of you are guilty of.

There are things to do, that can be deemed restitution. Withdrawal of admission doesn't erase the fact that he cheated.
