But ensure that you first chat with the seller and tell him to indicate the phone as 'phone accessories' or other electronic gadget, but not Samsung galaxy. Tell him to also reduce the price accordingly. He'll do exactly what you tell him to do. This is what we normally do to avoid customs suspicion.
2. Make use of the search box on AliExpress page to find other stores selling the phone. You could still see it at a price lower that the one you displayed here. But don't forget to pay attention to buyers' reviews of the phone and the store you're buying from.

I disagree with the last part of your submission. DM will defraud you but may not be at your first or even third purchase. Check the review of the website via Google then you would understand my point clearly. I had same issue with everbuying then. Initially, they were like the best online shopping mall. I even recommended them to some friends. But they later duped. Thanks to PayPal who rescued me after so much and persistent complaint.

For now, the only market I trust is aliexpress. You only need to know the good seller. And you're good to go. Know a real seller by the feedback and number of order.
