Based on 2014-15 revenues, United have slipped one position to third in the 19th edition of the Football Money League, but Deloitte is tipping them to take top spot in the Football Money League for the first time in over a decade next year.

I used to have serious issues with confidence back in the days and I overcame using one major trick.

My major trick may or may not be ethical, I didn't care cos it worked.

What is this major trick I'm talking about, I insult my interviewers.

How do I pull that off? Immediately I'm called, I walk down, look at my interviewer, and say to myself. "See as this mumu dey look me".

At that point, I find myself smiling. Sometimes, I'm practically forcing myself not to laugh excessively and in an instant, the nervousness goes away. My confidence comes and before I know what's happening, the interview has ended.

This one everyone is shouting Elneny, you guys should give him a break abeg. Have we seen him play? Do we know if he'll fit into the English game? Even top players take time to settle.

Barring any massive injury issues, Elneny should still remain on the bench (maybe occasional 2nd half appearances and FA Cup games). It will be a big risk to throw him into any big game now and every game from now till end of the season is a big game.

We should hope to see more of him next season.
