It cost me N2500 to certify three sets of documents when I applied for Japanese scholarship.

Abeg some people no get joy at all, no matter how you spin them dey won't shake, here in warri, I begged for #300 per page, they insisted it must be #500 and nothing less,I even vex comot. When I came back the next day,dem talk say why I no go Lagos go do am. I spent almost 16k certifying 3sets of documents.
Long and short, some areas won't reduce, probably Lagos has the best rate, but what do we do if we are not close to Lagos.
NOTE ..Transcripts should be treated as a single page document,even if it has 10pages.

Lol...I got my transcripts from my department...so each semester was on a separate paper...and my course was 5 years...automatically that's 10 pages...

good morning all, please do I need to notarize my internal/professional certificate such Oracle. Again my transcript is photocopied front and back, should i notarize both sides or just one side is enough?

Its too expensive for that amount..how much would they have collected if you had 10 pages of transcripts just like I do have...I certified 30 pages of my transcripts in total after making the photocopies..including 5 copies each of my other academic documents...making it 45 pages..that I certified for 5k.....you just need to follow them reason like a street boy...if not those court people go built house on top your head o..

Well technically your declaration of age already carries a stamp from court..

You still need to certify or notarize the photocopies as a true copy...

Notarization is expensive.. Well if you have the money for it..no problem... To answer your question... I don't know if after notarization it would be sealed inside an envelope....mine was certified ( stamped).

Are you sure...its not notarization they want to do....let them know you want to certify your documents.. And also try talking to them in Yoruba...am sure they will reason with you..

There should be a federal high court at Ibadan...try go there to certify it...it would be cheap there.

The VPD is a certificate issued by uni-assist which you submit directly to the university when you apply there. Generally, you have to submit the VPD to the university before the application deadline expires.
NB: Not all universities use uni-assist for evaluation of documents.. Some prefer you submit directly to them..

On the link to page 1..u don't need it just simply scroll up and you will see numbers...click on 1..that's all.

I don't think so..you can't use VPD meant for school A for school B..you have to get another VPD for school B..hope this helps

DIT asks VPD with the rest of my documents for Summer application ,

Can I use that same VPD I was sent during winter application to apply to DIT this Summer?

Your course adviser is right..departments don't issue transcripts..they issue mark sheets /statement of results which can also be used provided it is stamped and signed...you can make use of that too..but just make sure all the pages are signed and stamped by the HOD..

My people i have been having a running battle with my school IMSU for my transcripts. I applied for transcripts for a month now but due non-academic staff no headway so I contacted my department to see if they can do something.

My course adviser said they can't issue transcripts but he has my mark sheets..

My question now is can I use the marksheets in lieu of the transcripts??

I want to apply for summer and I'm running out of time.
