BlackViper: Hahaha😂 Kemi has triggered millions of Nigerians once again into having their famous/infamous childish tantrums.
One would think that Nigerians would be grateful for having such a high profile critic of their corrupt government that has a habit of buying up opposition party members.
Kemi can't be bought because unlike Femi Fani Kayode, Reno O Mockery etc, she's not a typical "arowojobe" anywhere belle face Nigerian politician.
She is prepared to dispense with diplomatic niceties and speak the bitter chloroquine truth. everyone has a price. |

Even VDM has been compromised on his case of the late musician. He's not real anyways.
As how? Is hiring a Nigerian as head of his business a trial and error? Naso dem worst reach?
Naso Nigerians worst reach?
Naso Nigerians worst reach? Smart one, tell me why NEPA, NICON, NNSL, NITEL, Nigerian Airways, and many more were privatized? |

aribisala0: They are not the same They are in different businesses one is upstream and another is downstream
I can speak about. SHELL
the SHELL CEO tends to rise through the ranks over decades. Even at that they bring in a technical director to oversee operations
Dangote refinery is a single Mega operation unlike SHELL that does several different upstream activities across several Niger Delta states while the CEO. IS IN. LAGOS REPEAT LAGOS.
The CEO does not directly oversee daily operations so no Nigerian has risen up the ranks to become one? |

aribisala0: If he were to appoint a Nigerian where would he find him? I am not saying they don't exist just asking what job would that Nigerian have been doing 2 months ago specifically? Presumably he won't appoint an idle or jobless person Maybe from Shell or Mobil? But those companies hoard knowledge they don't share expertise
Take Julius Berger after 50 years go to any major project you still find white people They put Nigerian engineers on a desk take it from me, there are Nigerians home and abroad with the experience. He's using whites not because the Nigerians can't do it, but they see it as a way to boost their economy by bringing themselves and retaining their importance in the country. By so doing, they are telling the people that Nigerians are incapable. imagine Indians here programing PLC all the way from India, and while i was speaking to someone in engineering field that Nigerians have people that could do the same, he didn't believe until he made his research. |

budaatum: He will have loads of Nigerians in equally trust needy positions, proven too, since he can internally promote.
I think it is experience and knowledge and contacts in the business that might have excluded a Nigerian. This guy has to make that refinery work and not be tribally hampered, which might affect a Nigerian, perhaps.
What I do like about Dangote is, he does not seem to care about tribe, least going by his directors. bro, go and watch Dangote's interview when he was asked why he uses Indians instead of Nigerians. Then come back to prove what i wrote wrong. |

Sad though, that Dangote could not find a Nigerian. he does not trust a Nigerian for that position, from my end, i have seen what an average nigerian have done to peoples businesses. it would seem like they were sent to destroy you, all they care about is how to cash out from the owner |

NetbizBoss: Nigeria Police problem is psychological in nature. What do you expect people whose salary is not enough to build house while in active duty and who will be paid N1 million as gratuity and less than 35k as monthly pension after retirement to behave. Do you think they are doing police work or hustling?
Better you no enter their trap ooh. Because they will use you hustle did they force them to do the job? Are there not teachers that are been paid less and they still live, why didn't the teachers become armed robbers? |
