I think it is experience and knowledge and contacts in the business that might have excluded a Nigerian. This guy has to make that refinery work and not be tribally hampered, which might affect a Nigerian, perhaps.

What I do like about Dangote is, he does not seem to care about tribe, least going by his directors.
