If he goes for NYSC, he becomes 31 when he is through. What then is the usefulness of the Medicine he studied if he cant serve humanity to the fullest.

If they want to churn out "psychologically matured" doctors like they claimed, they should have, instead, placed an age benchmark for candidates or, better still, made the study of Medicine and Surgery compulsorily a second degree for candidates while retaining the normal 7years duration. That way, it will be some sort of an M.Sc degree where the admitted students will be psychologically and academically matured with brain cells well adapted and expanded to take on the rigours of earning a medical degree
