The military have to understand the civil military relationship very well,we are no longer in the military era where things are different.

Government have failed in providing more of modern security,they should proatise on security such as food,environmental,welfare and health security as against these distribution of food items...

The government should be more concerned about the welfare of the citizenry rather than fighting insecurity,when the welfare of the citizens are well taken care of little amount of money would be used in fighting insecurity...

Hey,who gains from all of these,the greedy security personnel,more budget allocation more money to them.

Trust me, when we switch to CNG, the price will go up again as a results of increase in demand. Fuel is available for Algerians and Libyans at cheap rate because they refine in their country. But in Nigeria, when we have one problem, we create another one out of it.

Are you referring to a legal document known as a prenuptial agreement. I have no idea where the woman will get nothing,except it is clearly specified in the prenuptial agreement and I don't think any woman in her right senses would sign that.

Please how does the Police recruit professionals like doctors, lawyers, nurses, helicopter pilots, engineers? Since these courses are not studied at Nigerian Police Academy. I remember in those days before police academy started, police normally do short service recruitment and cadet inspector recruitment.

They still do something like short service but not exactly that because it's specifically for the armed forces. The special recruitment are for professionals like the ones you mentioned in your question,they will undergoes a short training for like 9 months and there after commissioned to serve as superintendent-grade level 12 in the police force. I don't know about other professionals but I definitely know about medical and veterinary doctors.

I was in total shock when I saw my friend with a first-class degree riding a bike for survival,I have seen many with second class upper and with lower I have lost my count.

Things are just too wrong in all sector,let me no go into the educational sector,I remembered a professor intentionally keeping a scholarship opportunity for his son who has not yet gained admission,did the son got the scholarship,yes he did,his father made sure he was admitted in his department and made sure he met up with the prerequisite of the scholarship,when there where other vibrant students that made better grades.

As mentioned earlier,I am not in support of the Op,but most times most us are just too frustrated with a country called Nigeria,where with money you can get anything.

That's not true bro,from verified report Cbn sacked or disengaged 80% of their very best staff those left are those that knows actually nothing.
A lot of monies have been used in training these disengaged staff,more money would be used to train newly recruited staff to fill their position.

Restructuring is a very good thing,but the government should be very transparent and sensitive.

Please sir,why don't you concentrate your effort on getting a new employment getting a transfer in the civil service is very difficult these days...In addition,if you are bent on transfer from your agency/ministry to another,first try secondment,but please make sure they request you with an official letter sent directly to the head of your agency/ministry before applying for a release.

To me all these is just too stressful I would rather advice to look for another job,with your experience and exposure you should get a better agency.

You have a very valid point,but don't you think if all state governor key in to these initiative Nigerians will be at ease. The government just need to start from somewhere,before we tackle other loopholes.
Measures like food security by tackling bandits and unknown gunmen in all regions so that our farmers can go back to the farm.
Subsidizing of agricultural inputs for framers.
And lastly,subsidizing agricultural produce by government to it's citizens,if all these is done in a very transparent way Nigerians would be a happy nation.
The Lagos state government is starting with a lovely initiative first Nigerians must eat.

If you fail to provide food on the table for Nigerians you are nothing but a failure....
The Lagos state governor is on the right track.
