In addition to the fact that your wife can’t work more than 20hours per week during term time, she can work full time during holiday.
You as her dependent can do full time jobs but you can check www.indeed.co.uk for likely salary that is paid for your field of job and you need to know the uk requirements for that job you plan doing when you get here or be ready to do warehouse jobs which is common for men here or care assistant jobs after you have done training. However these small jobs pay you between £8.72 (Minimum wage) to £12 (Depending on the city you are staying or if you are doing support jobs which pays slightly more than care assistant).
Have it in mind too that 20% tax will be deducted if you earn less than £50,000 annually or 40% if over £50, 000 annually. You will pay for rent and some houses charge couples a little over the normal house rent if you are staying in a room (not all houses does this). So, do your calculations and decide if you can pay the balance. To be honest, I have seen people do it here if they are very hard working but try to pay most of the tuition you can before coming here. Covid has made some job scarce so it might not be so easy. My 2 cent.

Apply for MSc Nursing. So many schools give admission for MSc Nursing without first degree in Nursing. Just have health, support or care experience.

You can bring your family for MSc studies. When you graduate, you are eligible to apply for UK Health and Care visa which is very cheap with no IHS payment. You will also be eligible for PSW.

Please does this also apply for mental health nursing...please i.need your help on this.

Please I just got conditional admission to study Logistics and supply chain management at University of huddersfield and it was stated that I should pay a deposit of £3000 which I've already planned for and secondly that I must pass WAEC English language at minimum of C6 but my concerned now is that I've been using Neco two sitting throughout my undergraduate which I had C4 in English language in one of the results. Please I will like to know if my Neco C4 in English language will fly before I make the payment because I saw it somewhere at the £3000 is nonrefundable. Please help thank you

The last time I checked which is this year they do accept Neco...I think you should write to them...ASAP.

I was directed to this post, and am currently using my brother's phone. As a first class graduate psychology graduate from UK, who is currently studying nursing in UK, I will say don't even dream about doing any psychology masters abroad ...total waste of money with no job at all. Psychology is not easy by the way, I thought that way as well and oh boy was I wrong, there is a lot of statistics and critical analysis.

My advice will be do psychology in Nigeria and then apply for a nursing course called Msc pre-registered nurse(what am currently doing) it get you qualified in two years, and you can apply for this if you have a first degree in health and social care(psychology is good for this, expecially if you go to the mental health discipline).

Another option is to do bsc nursing really, you will still get to teach people and your settlement will be really easy as there is demand for nurses.

Psychology is good and interesting, but it won't pay your bills except if you do your PhD and become an accredited psychologist, only then can you even start lecturing.

And you can also do PhD in nursing , become a nurse consultant that specialised in an area and do lectures on it.

As for Msc Clinical Psychology, with her Bsc not psychology related I doubt very much at her being eligible for admission. She can look into going in for Msc Psychology (conversion) after which she will be eligible to apply for Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I am going in for Msc Clinical Child Psychology because my B.A is in Psychology.
